
What I like most about Intentwise is how powerful the analytics and automation capabilities are compared to the native Amazon tools. The AMC integration is especially valuable, the advanced query templates make it easy to run complex analyses without building everything from scratch, and the instant visualizations make the outputs much easier to interpret and share with teams or clients.
The platform also does a great job connecting paid and organic performance. Features like share of voice and competitor tracking, along with the ability to tie ad spend to organic rank and retail performance, provide a much clearer picture of what is actually driving growth.
Operationally, the bulk editing capabilities, automated rules, and dayparting tools save a significant amount of time when managing large accounts. Overall the platform provides a much more advanced analytics layer on top of Amazon advertising while still being easy to use, and the customer service team has been extremely responsive whenever questions come up.
