Intentwise provides great insight to a brand's true Amazon performance and allows you to optimize for both efficiency and scale. The user interface is very cleanly laid out and easy to navigate. The only thing that I dislike is that I cannot see lifetime value data without an AMC integration and that some of the data only works if you are using FBA not FBM (this could be a limitation of Amazon though). What I like most about Intentwise is how powerful the analytics and automation capabilities are compared to the native Amazon tools. The AMC integration is especially valuable, the advanced query templates make it easy to run complex analyses without building everything from scratch, and the instant visualizations make the outputs much easier to interpret and share with teams or clients. The platform also does a great job connecting paid and organic performance. Features like share of voice and competitor tracking, along with the ability to tie ad spend to organic rank and retail performance, provide a much clearer picture of what is actually driving growth. Operationally, the bulk editing capabilities, automated rules, and dayparting tools save a significant amount of time when managing large accounts. Overall the platform provides a much more advanced analytics layer on top of Amazon advertising while still being easy to use, and the customer service team has been extremely responsive whenever questions come up. There is some manual setup involved but thats okay - they are competitively priced compared to competition and even wtih some manual setup its still completely worth it and a huge time saver. Intentwise helps solve the visibility gap that exists when managing Amazon advertising directly in the native tools. In the ad console, it can be difficult to connect advertising performance with broader business outcomes such as organic rank, share of voice, and competitive positioning. Intentwise brings those data sources together, which makes it much easier to understand what is actually driving growth. The platform also solves a major efficiency challenge when managing large advertising programs. Bulk operations, automated rules, and dayparting allow us to make changes across large numbers of campaigns quickly while maintaining performance guardrails. This saves a significant amount of manual work and allows the team to focus more on strategy instead of repetitive tasks. On the analytics side, the AMC integration and query templates make advanced analysis much more accessible. Instead of building complex queries from scratch, we can quickly analyze path to purchase, audience overlap, and incrementality, then visualize those insights instantly. Intentwise helps us gain access to data and allows our Looker Studio reports to automatically refresh with the newest available Amazon data. This helps us stay on top of the performance metrics and improve the performance for our brands by catching trends early as they develop. Their team is very helpful in providing updates about the capabilities of their platform through frequent email communications, as well as support through the Slack channel. The Intentwise Gateway has been great for integrating the data into Claude AI to assist us with gathering insights and data that would otherwise need to be pieced together manually, saving time and improving performance for our brands. It pulls together ads and performance data in a way that’s actually usable day-to-day. For us at Neulabs (managing multiple Amazon brands), it makes it much easier to understand what’s happening quickly and then drill down to the campaign/ASIN/search term level when something looks off. What do you dislike about Intentwise? There’s a bit of a learning curve at the start. There’s a lot you can do, so it takes time to get fully comfortable and set up your preferred views. A couple of things can feel slightly “buried” in the navigation until you know where to look, and occasionally you’ll see minor delays depending on how fresh you need the data. It reduces the manual work of pulling reports and trying to connect the dots between ads and overall performance. Excellent - best in class. Really well designed interface and functionality - that is everything you need for Amazon PPC management is well covered - including the newest most advanced features , but there is a easy of use in the UI that I really appreciate versus orther platforms. On the more advanced sice, how Intentwise handles day-parting and custom audiences bid modfiers, to name just two functionalities, is great so that these become part of your everyday Amazon account management very quickly and easily. Its Amazon focus takes away some layers of complication that is introduced on omni-channel platforms. Amazon is is complex enough these days as new features are added, so I appreciate an Amazon-focus. Finally, the onboarding and customer support has been excellent.
