Intentwise combines a powerful platform with a top-tier team. Their tools streamline complex workflows like AMC reporting, custom audience creation, and data analysis — all without requiring deep technical knowledge on our end. Their team is incredibly smart, especially when it comes to SQL and Amazon data structures, which has significantly alleviated our need to code or build queries ourselves. The platform was also incredibly easy to implement and integrate into our existing workflows — we were up and running in no time. I’m in the platform multiple times a week, and it’s become a core part of how we manage insights and strategy. On top of all that, they’re just great partners: responsive, easy to work with, and always fair when it comes to pricing. It feels like we have an extension of our team in them. The primary challenge is the time zone difference, as the Intentwise team is based in India. This means all meetings have to be scheduled for early mornings Eastern Time, which can make coordination a bit tricky. Another limitation — is that AMC queries only process once daily, which makes it harder to execute quick-turn or emergency analyses when needed.
