What we like most about Nutrient Workflow is how easy it is to use and how customizable it is. Being able to build and tailor a workflow that matches our processes and goals is extremely valuable, because it means we don’t have to change the way we work just to fit the software.

We truly appreciate the level of support we receive, whether it’s general check-ins to make sure we’re getting the most out of Nutrient Workflow or help navigating more complex processes. There isn’t much about the product that we dislike. If I had to point to one drawback, it would be the lack of the command line task we utilized for the on premise version before we migrated to the cloud version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nutrient Workflow makes it easy and intuitive to build workflows. Compared with other process- and workflow-oriented solutions, everything else I’ve tried has felt foreign, clunky, or incomplete. As a software developer, I tend to prefer coding whenever I can. That said, the JavaScript and SQL integration within Nutrient Workflow can be frustrating at times. What I like best about Integrify (Nutrient Workflow) is its exceptional flexibility and customization. The platform empowers users to design tailored workflows that align perfectly with specific organizational needs, whether for approvals, data collection, or automated notifications. The drag-and-drop interface makes it intuitive to create complex workflows without needing deep coding expertise. In the event help is needed, the Integrify team is quick to respond with easy to implement solutions. I also appreciate how seamlessly Integrify integrates with other business systems, streamlining data flow and eliminating the need for manual data entry. One aspect I dislike about Integrify (Nutrient Workflow) is that it can feel somewhat overwhelming to new users. While the platform’s flexibility and customization options are impressive, there’s a steep learning curve when setting up complex workflows or navigating its more advanced features. I would personally benefit from a more robust library of how-to videos, especially on advanced processes and the implementation of a user community where best practices can be shared. The simplicity for end users (front line employees), Admin, Developers, and Executives. There is nothing that isn't teachable within Integrify. We find that it is a positive and successful solution for all different types of end users for many different business lines and organizations. Neo as a client uses Integrify for a host of different Process Solutions. We use Integrify to solve a multitude of different challenges. We integrate Integreify with our ERP Solution, Costpoint, to simplify our Accounting Processes. We have over 50 processes in production that we use every day to date across multiple lines of business; Accounting, HR, Contracts, and IT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't much that I dislike about Integrify but there are some changes that I would suggest. A Javascript library would be extremely helpful for clients and improve the adaptability into their solution set. It would also be helpful if we could "peel back" the top layer and see the underlying javascript that is written when establishing Form Rules at the Form Rule level. The UX is great and can be learned within 3 months. The drag and drop functionality is in a league of its own. Also the open line of communication with the employees over at Integrify are an invaluable asset. The auditibility makes it a dream for accountants and auditors as well. Integrify is an incredible platform for anyone looking to migrate antiquated manual processes to a flexible, digital audit compliant enviroment. As someone with limited IT knowledge, I greatly appreciate the easy intuitive functionality when building out a new process. Integrify customer service is also top notch. Despite Integrify being designed for non-IT professionals and having a very intuitive interface, some highly detailed workflows can become quite cumbersome to build out. In these events though, Integrify's customer service has been an incredible resource to resolve and and refine any issues we encounter when tackling complex workflows. Integrify is easy to use and powerful to expand. It adds control to processes and consistency to workflows. Drag and drop functionality for process building and form configuration makes it easy to use for simple and moderately complex workflows. Added functionality like integration with other systems and expansion of form functionality through javascript makes the tool more powerful for complex processes requiring a lot of if/then features. You can get up and running on processes with ease. Many of the companies I know that use Integrify use it daily to enable more processes and have a backlog of implementations they want to do. The convenience and easy simple use. I like how everyone is approachable and patient with me during my training, Integrify staff go out their way and make sure that you understand how Integrify works. Some aestetics are very basic so I wish there would be more options such as buttons on notifications and better looks and functions for dahsboard building. For example there should be a specific HTML panel that is just for the tittle of the dashboard- where you can add pictures nice tittles fonts colours ect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How simiplied it is to create forms and processes. It makes moving doc to an online platform easy and seamless. You can create pretty much any form or request you can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are no downsides. Once you understand how to use the platform, it is quite simple. Our rep Danielle Del Regno is an absolute gem and has walked us through the processes and answer questions promptly and has outstanding customer service and etiquette. So we have no dislikes.
