Support is fantastic
Integration with Postmark for using custom email addresses (we used this with Spruce Health and Google Workspace) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform has moved away from Stripe and Square integrations for new accounts which I think is a downside
Setting it up takes time because it's designed to be highly customizable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.
