Once the work is completed, contractors can upload invoices directly in INOX, and we can simply approve and pay. We no longer need to forward invoices to accounts and then wait for the next steps. Overall, this process reduces our workload and saves time by minimising unnecessary emails and back-and-forth communication. **What do you dislike about Inox?** Last year, when we were first invited to use the work order function, there were a lot of bugs.
