# What's the best account data management platform for enriching and deduplicating CRM records to support outbound sales prospecting?

Hi G2, our CRM has turned into a mess of duplicate contacts, half-filled company fields, and stale emails, and it's killing our outbound numbers before reps even send a first message. I'm looking into account data management tools specifically for cleaning and enriching records rather than just adding another prospecting layer on top of the mess. What's actually held up for outbound teams here?

Apollo.io: reviewers describe using it to pull prospecting, contact verification, and outreach into one place instead of hunting for leads and verifying emails across separate tools, though more than one mentions phone numbers and company details can go stale and still need manual verification.

GTM Workspace, powered by ZoomInfo: reviewers like that it enriches CRM fields directly with firmographic and intent data instead of researching accounts across multiple sources, with the tradeoff being a learning curve before you can navigate all the features efficiently.

HubSpot Marketing Hub: reviewers point to it consolidating scattered contact and company data into one source of truth for segmentation and reporting, though a few flag that contact-based pricing climbs fast as your database grows.

For anyone who's actually fixed a messy CRM with one of these, did the enrichment stay accurate over time, or did you end up re-verifying records manually anyway? And has anyone found a tool that handles deduplication without a ton of manual rule-setting first?

The key distinction is whether the platform actually improves the underlying CRM record or just overlays better prospecting data on top of it. I’d compare enrichment accuracy, duplicate detection, update frequency, and how much manual rule-setting is required before reps can trust the cleaned data for outbound.
