&lt;p&gt;I’d be careful using overall ratings as a proxy for demand forecasting accuracy here because several of these platforms are primarily reviewed for fleet or shipment visibility. The real test would be forecast error against actual demand at SKU and location level, especially during promotions or sudden demand shifts. If planners still export the data to spreadsheets when volatility hits, that tells you more than the overall product rating.&lt;/p&gt;
