What do you like best about PayHOA?

Integration of many different features, from payment system to service requests and many more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PayHOA?

Wish it also had payroll since we have a small number of part-time employees. Also, wish it had a toggle function for admin users who also own units. That way they can switch between admin view and regular user view. Some of our board members are not the most tech people and while they need access to admin rights it would be best they could switch that off so they don't do something wrong. What do you like best about PayHOA?

I love the super clean user interface of PayHOA. The customer support is responsive, which I find really valuable, especially since they quickly addressed a bug on mobile. It's been easy to pay bills and review outstanding balances on units, which streamlines our management tasks. PayHOA is very cost-effective. We were able to replace our QBO and Bill.com subscriptions with PayHOA for less than the cost of each tool individually, while gaining all the property management features we needed. The initial setup was also easy. Overall, PayHOA has organized our association's overall management cost-effectively, with all the necessary transparencies owed to fellow unit owners. What do you dislike about PayHOA?

What do you like best about PayHOA?

I switched from using excel sheets to track fees and expenses and google groups to track membership information to PayHOA, the ease of use on the feature are my favorite, I especially like the broadcast features, it allows admin to send group emails to all the members without copy pasting the emails again. PayHOA also has a virtual bot, where you can ask for customer support and search on how to use the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As for AI, you're spot on. We've already implemented an AI-powered chatbot ("Penny") for our new website builder to assist homeowners. We're investing significantly in this area, so expect to see a lot more on that front in the coming months. Stuff like AI-powered transaction coding, bank reconciliation, a budget builder, data imports, an admin assistant, etc.

What do you like best about PayHOA?

PayHOA is the management solution that we have been looking for. The user interface is very intuitive. PayHOA customer support is very responsive by way of phone and email. They also provide a great AI help chat. The communication piece provides instant push messages by way of phone, text and email. Our data is accessed by way of a secure web site. What do you dislike about PayHOA?

What do you like best about PayHOA?

I really like having everything under one software tool with PayHOA. It's great that we can keep data archives of what's happened over the years in our neighborhood. I also appreciate the ability to send surveys to all the homeowners, manage message boards, and send out dues or special assessments, collecting them through PayHOA's financial functions. I do think that a challenge is each community that gets onboarded into PayHOA has different needs. The toughest part was actually the implementation of the tool and loading the documents, creating the forms, and having a way for our neighborhood committees to be able to share information as well as also be able to ask the population for additional help. "Love this software, perfect for tiny to small HOA."
What do you like best about PayHOA?

The price is definitely the best part about this, but even so that price doesn't matter unless the software is of good quality. There are little things that they do need to refine and fix up, but none of it is critical. All of the critical things are functioning, efficient, and effective. We love that we can quickly send out emails that there is a portal for homeowners to use to check in on things, and that they're adding features that make the process even more efficient, effective and help build communities. "Ditch your Management Company, Switch to PayHOA"
What do you like best about PayHOA?

I like the high level of automation in the PayHOA software. Previously we had a management company and I felt like I was doing their job and but they were being paid for my work. With PayHOA, I feel like the software does everything I expect of it and my time commitment has been reduced by over 90%. Not to mention our costs have been reduced by 90% by eliminating our management company. The software is intuitive, easy to use, easy to implement and onboard our HOA and easy integration with our bank accounts. I use it daily just to look at the dashboard but I like the automated emails that alert me to when something requires my attention. Also excellent customer service and support. What do you like best about PayHOA?

I really find PayHOA to be a simple yet robust management software platform, which is a huge plus for me. To me, simplicity is the ultimate sophistication, and PayHOA has mastered that. I think the payment transaction history function is superb, and it makes performing bank reconciliation super easy. Also, the initial setup was super easy, adding to the overall ease of use. What do you like best about PayHOA?

We’ve used PayHOA to manage our self-run HOA since 2019, and its value has only grown. The platform is powerful, intuitive, and reasonably priced, with subscription costs increasing minimally while new features regularly improve the value proposition. Their support and leadership teams are proactive, responsive, and consistently seek user feedback. Homeowner support is easy thanks to clear guides. It was easy to implement, integrates with multiple platforms. PayHOA is a weekly resource for me as HOA President. Our overall experience has been excellent. PayHOA provides great value, responsive support, and ongoing improvements that make managing a self-run HOA efficient and stress-free. What do you dislike about PayHOA?

The only drawback we’ve noticed is that uploaded logos appear low-resolution in generated reports. We would also like to see more homeowner control over text and email alert subscriptions, ideally with topic-based preferences (e.g., newsletters, events, safety updates). I like PayHOA because of its highly effective and easy-to-use invoices feature, which simplifies the billing process and enables homeowners to pay seamlessly. Additionally, despite initial navigation challenges, I found the customer service to be excellent, very responsive, and knowledgeable, which made the setup process much more manageable.
