# Best Customer Journey Analytics Software for ROI Within the First Three Months

To answer in one line, Evam and Dataroid are the two platforms G2's Grid Report data shows paying back fastest, both landing inside a three-month window while carrying real satisfaction scores to back it up.

I looked into this because a lot of analytics platforms promise fast value, but the Grid's actual payback-period data for Customer Journey Analytics only backs up a couple of them:

Evam (4.8/5, 228 reviews): G2 Data puts its payback period at 3 months, the fastest among Leaders, and reviewers describe going live with over 100 scenarios in a short window after implementation, with real-time campaign execution working almost immediately.

Dataroid (4.7/5, 101 reviews): G2 Data shows a 4-month payback period, and reviewers consistently point to quick problem-solving and a platform that keeps developing alongside their needs, which lines up with a short time-to-value.

HubSpot Marketing Hub (4.4/5, 14,973 reviews): Worth flagging as the tradeoff case. It's the highest G2 Score in the entire category and the most reviewed platform by a wide margin, but G2 Data shows an 11-month payback period, one of the longer timelines among Leaders, so being the obvious default pick doesn't mean the fastest return here.

Are you optimizing for speed to first value, or for the platform with the strongest long-term fit even if it takes longer to pay back? Those can point to different products on this list.

I’d also separate payback period from adoption speed. A platform can technically show ROI in three months, but if teams need heavy setup or behavior change before using the insights consistently, the practical time-to-value may feel longer.
