One of the absolute highlights each year is the annual User Group Meeting, usually in Clearwater, Florida. It’s not just a conference—it’s like a family reunion for optical professionals. The Innovations staff aren’t just great at what they do; they genuinely care about our success. They’ve solved countless work tickets for us with precision and speed, and every time I see them in person, it feels like catching up with old friends who “get” the optical world on a deep level.
For example, we are scheduled for an MEI machine installation, and Innovations went above and beyond. They assigned us a dedicated technician to be remotely available the same day as the MEI team—proactively ensuring perfect integration and zero downtime. That’s the kind of forward-thinking, customer-first approach you just don’t see everywhere.
What I love most is that Innovations connects all of our machines, regardless of brand, breaking down the walls of proprietary systems and letting everything work together seamlessly.
