The fact that you get rewarded by walking steps is fascinating to me, on top of it I get to gain firsthand access to Web3 technology which forms the foundation for the future. It is free, easy to sign up, use and has many features like the marketplace where you can get discounted rates for goods and services, donate coins to support major causes has integrated with known partners. What I like the most about Swatcoin is that it motivates me daily to walk at least 5000 steps and introduces me to a whole new world of Web3 and Cryptocurrency. Very inspiering. I called it WA (Walk Around). The problem is that sometimes we are so overloaded with duties we can't even see a chance for a 5 minutes walk which could be very good and healthy in such a situation. The rewards are also great because they are varied and you can purchase a variety of items with the Sweatcoins. Finally, the app is easy to use and has a great user interface. One of the least appealing aspects of Sweatcoin is that the rewards are not as great as some other apps or programs. You will not be able to buy a big-ticket item with the Sweatcoins you accumulate. The Sweatcoin app allows you to turn your steps into money. After installing the app on your smartphone, each of your steps will be converted directly into "Sweatcoin": the app's in-house token. You can get as many tokens as you want. It depends entirely on your physical activity. You can also motivate yourself by participating in regular challenges to get you to complete a certain number of steps each month. Finally, some of your tokens are converted into "Sweat": the cryptocurrency specific to the Sweatcoin universe based on the Near blockchain. What I like least is the fact that you can't convert more than 6,000 steps per day into Sweat. You end up with a lot of Sweatcoin tokens, but getting Sweat crypto is capped at 6000 steps per day. There are two elements to this question: Sweatcoin has personally allowed me to make my physical activity consistent by tracking my step count. Sweatcoin counts every steps of my walking and running. I can count how much Calory I have burnt by counting the foot steps after a day. In the last 2 Months I have taken 2 challenges with Sweatcoin and I have successfully completed the challenges and also burnt my 10 KG weight. The most precious thing of Sweatcoin is it offers challenges and award to complete for a certain period of time, thus I get more inspiration for walking. I use it for myself and I use it for my 12 year old son to "earn" time playing video games based on how far he walks.
