**What do you like best about Fast Track?**

I like that system is very flexible and can connect to many other tools. We use it for automations and it safe a lot of time for our team. Also support is quite fast in answer, they usualy help with technical things and give ideas how to setup better. Dashboards are clear and help to see main KPI without long reports.

**What do you dislike about Fast Track?**

I think pricing system is too complicated, not always clear how much we pay for diffrent modules. Integration take very long time, much longer then we expect before start. Also many functions we cannot use because full integration is not posible for us, sometimes because of time limit or too high cost.

**What problems is Fast Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast Track help us to automatize many communication with players, so we dont need do everything manualy. Before it was lot of time waste to prepare campaigns, now many journeys run by itself. Also it give more clear view on player activity, we can see segments and react faster. This saving us time and make team focus more on strategy, not only operational work.

**What do you like best about Fast Track?**

The interface is super sleek and intuitive, making it a breeze to navigate and collaborate with your team. Plus, the range of options for adjusting and optimizing send-outs is impressive – we can easily tailor our communications to maximize engagement. Furthermore, FastTrack provides responsive account managers who are readily available to address any queries or concerns. The account managers' prompt assistance and expertise contributed to the smoother execution of our projects.

**What do you dislike about Fast Track?**

The only downside is that FastTrack only displays time in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). This is a hindrance for our team as we're operating across different time zones, so sometimes we need to manually calculate and convert the timings to the local time of our clients.

**What problems is Fast Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of mass send-outs and compiling of data from our clients that are converted into great insights that help us make valuable decisions.  This is an indispensable tool for our operation.

**What do you like best about Fast Track?**

The collabarative, working relationship we have with them.  

The product is very solid, it has all of the features you would expect from a CRM system but I believe the service they provide is what helps them stand out.

We have dedicated Account / Technical management who really seek to understand our goals and are also proactive in terms of additional functionality that could be of benefit to us.

**What do you dislike about Fast Track?**

Our backend architecture is quite complex and as such we have had to 'bend' Fast Track to accomodate our ways of working.  This means that some features take a while for us to be able to adopt.

**What problems is Fast Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast Track helps the 32Red CRM team address the complexities of using a Campaign Management Platform with the three core cases on which we send campaigns, these being:

AdHoc Scheduled sends.
Automated Lifecycle campaigns.
Event Triggered campaigns.

Their ability to connect out to seemingly any channel with an API (Email / SMS / Push / Onsite notifications etc.) is a definite plus and allows us to use the providers of our choice.

**What do you like best about Fast Track?**

Real time data and the possibility to act upon it in real time. Straightforward integration. Easily understandable UI. Good email templating system with custom variables. Great onboarding and continuous support.

**What do you dislike about Fast Track?**

Some inconsistencies: why can I not use pre-created triggers as a custom trigger inside lifecycles? Why can I save reports only if they are part of a dashboard? Saving simple reports created with "explore" mode would be beneficial, as you sometimes just start building, but might actually come up with a very valuable report in explore mode.

**What problems is Fast Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All-in-one solution for igaming CRM. The use of real time data enables us to act immediately to most occuring situations.
Out of the box events are plenty, and can even be extended with custom ones to reach a high level of automation. Really like the logic behind the whole system.

time zone limitation (how can we schedule a comms to be sent at optimal time of the day for Brazil or Chile, if the optimal time is in UTC only)
Missing a possibility to clone
For the dashboards: can we have the newest on top by deafult

No need of extra excel files
Comms sent to the correct segment, without worring about self-excluded/opt-ed out from comm players
Easy reminders based on players activity

I would highlight the main points:
- automation and building communications with customers at all stages of life cycles on the project, and wide opportunities for retention;
- narrow segmentation and real-time segmentation;
- multi-channel marketing communications;
- advanced analytics;
- continuous development and improvement;
- cool team of specialists.

**What do you dislike about Fast Track?**

The process of launching campaigns sometimes seems too multi-stage) But, our wishes and suggestions are taken into account.

**What problems is Fast Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After the start of integration into Fast Track CRM, we began to actively move along our developed strategy to achieve our goals, and at this stage we are already implementing:
- Regular campaigns with multi-channel marketing communications: email, sms, website notifications, mobile notifications. This made it possible to interact more effectively with users both through external communication channels and through the website.
- Automation and personalization are the way to success! We have significantly increased the reach of users who are at various stages of the project, and constantly stay in touch with customers when interacting with the brand from registration to retention by launching real-time automated multi-channel marketing projects Lifecycles. Extensive segmentation options allowed personalization of offers. The numbers speak for themselves: at the moment we have already launched over 260 different lifecycles, and this is just the beginning. This number will be significantly increased in the global strategy. And one of the significant advantages is that there is no need for additional development to create them, the presence of a large number of filtering fields and scripts allows it to run lifecycles almost day-to-day.
- The powerful Data Studio analytical platform allows us to create flexible statistical dashboards for the requests of any teams, track growth, trends, respond accordingly and make decisions.

The advantage of Fast Track CRM is the constant development, improvement of the system, which has a positive effect on the quality of services. Our customers get a positive experience of interacting with the brand, and as a result this is reflected in financial performance. The company has a very good team of specialists, ready to help in a variety of situations to find the most effective solution. These are the keys to success!

- Bonus engine feature

- Time zone setup (only UTC). It would be nice to have CET as well.

Crediting bonuses to players and real-time reporting. Many of the stuff that we did manually can now be automated. Saves time and money, and we can see improvement in many aspects.

**What do you like best about Fast Track?**

Fast Track CRM has been instrumental in transforming our customer relationship management approach. **What do you dislike about Fast Track?**

While Fast Track CRM offers a wealth of features, some of the more advanced features, like utilizing the Data Studio effectively, might require a more comprehensive understanding of data analysis. However, the Fast Track team provides excellent support, which mitigates any initial challenges. I believe it would be beneficial if more in-depth training modules or tutorials were included within the platform.

Fast Track CRM is resolving several key challenges we faced in customer relationship management. Prior to implementing Fast Track, we struggled with handling individual customer preferences and behavior patterns due to the sheer volume of data. The platform's real-time data capabilities and machine learning have allowed us to better understand our customer base and provide tailored experiences on a large scale.

Moreover, Fast Track has helped streamline our operations by integrating various systems into one platform. This has not only simplified our workflow but also eliminated the need for manual data reconciliation, saving us considerable time and effort.

Depending on how you work with the system, being a real-time based tool, larges databases or sendouts may suffer a little bit of delay

would be nice to have the limits option in the segmentation, meaning if a player has a 20 euros daily or maybe monthly limit so it's not worthy to send offers to that player
