Couple of major things Infor has going for it are:
1. Ease of Use: Infor TaaS offers a very easy and simplified UI, the process of setting it up and managing tests are very foolproof that anybody can do it.
2. A ton of Features: There are a plethora of features and testing tools such as automated testing , performance testing, security testing etc. This amout of feature covers most of your needs.
3. How easy it was to integrate: It was simple and seamless to integrate Infor with development tools and our CI/CD platform. It helped us with our overall workflow efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were some drawbacks to the system as well,
1. The ease of implementation wasnt as smooth as i expected it to be. If your company does not have a dedicated DevOps team then it might be a little bit difficult to get this up and running.
2. Great customer support most of the times. Some times there are delays in getting stuff resolved. They really need to work on getting getting a hierarchy based customer support solution.
3. If you have infrequent testing needs, look away as the platform will be underutilized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
