**What do you like best about Acceleration Partners?**

Their understanding of affiliate marketing tactics that work for other clients of a similar size and scaling based on requirements is solid.

**What do you dislike about Acceleration Partners?**

While their methods are tried and tested, they often lack the innovative spark that newer agencies bring. Embracing more creative and out-of-the-box strategies could enhance their campaigns' effectiveness.

**Recommendations to others considering Acceleration Partners:**

There have been instances where response times to client queries or requests for campaign adjustments are addressed by associates and less experienced members, which slows down the communications while adding overhead.

**What problems is Acceleration Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a client of AP in startup and  fortune 500 affiliate management roles, and has engaged with a variety of marketing agencies, AP has been well-established player in the affiliate marketing arena, but the client service and support has been a mixed bag dueu to antiquated org structure and lack of strategic support. While there are certainly areas where they were earliest market entrants and experienced, there are also areas that require improvement given the landscape is moving rapidly towards sponsored microinfluencer direct relationships.

**What do you like best about Acceleration Partners?**

I really enjoy the account team. They are an extension of myself and are a genuine pleasure to work with. They give honest feedback and recommendations to help move the business forward.

**What do you dislike about Acceleration Partners?**

The big thing lacking at this time are more competitive insights and benchmarking. They do a great job giving accurate reports but getting the additional context and seeing how we stack up to our competition would be more helpful.

Great people and top class support.

**What problems is Acceleration Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AP is helping grow our affiliate channel and drive incremental revenue to our ecommerce business. They provide in depth reporting, strategic recommendations and assist in the overall day to day operations of maintaining the channel.

Acceleration Partners has managed our affiliate marketing program for our rapidly growing nutrition supplement business. Starting from nothing, they've grown our affiliate channel into a meaningful contributor to the bottom line every month. They continue to help us grow the program, with nearly 100% growth in affiliate sales in the last six months.

**What do you like best about Acceleration Partners?**

The account management and detail-oriented nature of their program is top-notch. Always friendly, responsive, and helpful, they're a delight to work with.

**What do you dislike about Acceleration Partners?**

We don't have any complaints. They've been understanding with the ways in our business needs, development timeline, and other strategic partnerships impact the program.

**What problems is Acceleration Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Acceleration Partners to diversify our online footprint. Affiliate marketing provides important third-party validation and helps us reach an audience we wouldn't reach otherwise. Because the program is commission-based, it helps us achieve our goals of increasing sales while being responsible with our marketing investments. We appreciate the ways the pay-for-performance model diversifies our marketing spend.

Account management team are great communicators, very pro-active and easy to deal with

Could be more pro-active with innovation in the space, new partners emerging.

If the business is a large Global business, AP is probably not the right partner, but for small to mid-size, they are great.

**What problems is Acceleration Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There has been some frequent personnel turnover, but they are scrappy and good for a growing business with a lot of needs.  They have been great rolling with the punches.

Acceleration Partners has been a great extension of our marketing team. They take the time to understand our brand and our goals (outside of revenue driven) and proactively come to us with optimization opportunities. Even when we turn an opportunity down, they take the time to dive in and understand why it isn't the right fit for us so that they can ensure that they are continually bringing the best opportunities forward.

Our team is a group of excellent communicators & listeners. They make sure we are heard & understood and always deliver on what we ask for.

**What do you dislike about Acceleration Partners?**

I honestly can't think of anything. The group always delivers on what we asks for an is quick to let us know if we should consider something other than what we ask for.

We are trying to use the affiliate channel to drive content coverage and attract new customers.

The AP teams I have worked with best quality is their ability to keep your business best interests in mind.

My only dislike is the great people I have worked with seem to keep getting pulled to other opportunities.

AP has been an absolute pleasure to work with, there have been many changes internally and the agency has rolled with all the punches. They have also been able to grow the business double digits year over year, which has been incredible with what they have been working with. They are not afraid to suggest great testing opportunities and are clear in their reporting.

AP manages all the relationship that the smaller team internally can not, fostering these affiliate relationships and building brand equity has been essential to the affiliate program for Gazelle.

I’ve worked with the team at Acceleration Partners several times. They were retained at Uber to run our affiliate program as it scaled from US/CAN to global and grew to encompass a significant amount of acquisition efforts for drivers, riders & UberEats. Their team grew along the way with ours as were instrumental in the success of the program.

**What do you like best about Acceleration Partners?**

They’re absolutely ahead of the curve for affiliate marketing and always had their eye on where things were heading, instead of where they were at the time. This meant that as our strategy evolved they were helping us figure out how to match it to the evolving market while also working to understand our changing priorities.

**What do you dislike about Acceleration Partners?**

There were growing pains for us at the time as our program scaled massively, so at times they had difficulty keeping up. This was resolved quite well as we grew however, and has never been a problem since.

**What problems is Acceleration Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Affiliate marketing is very easy to overlook as an area for investment. However, when we saw that there was scale we needed a partner that could help us realize it, without running into operational overhead or getting bogged down in our execution, With AP, it was far easier to start the program in new regions (like APAC and EU), get the right people in place to acquire partners, and then refine our operation as it grew. Without them it would have gone much slower and not hit the same level of success.

**What do you like best about Acceleration Partners?**

The AP team is dynamic and I truly feel like they make recommendations based on the needs of our business. They are proactive and highly communicative. They always come prepared to calls and share relevant opportunities with our team. They're also very capable negotiators, fighting to get us the best rates and make-goods if necessary. They really feel like an extension of our marketing team.

**What do you dislike about Acceleration Partners?**

I had a bit of a learning curve with their reporting but they're always willing to adjust based on our team's needs.

**What problems is Acceleration Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AP has helped us build a library of content from notable and skilled publishers, raising the brand awareness of our company and helping us build our sales funnel with qualified leads, with a particular focus on driving sales and site traffic.
