They bridge the gap between traditional eCommerce and live, in-person shopping. The platform is designed to give shoppers the confidence they need to purchase by providing added context, clarity, and interaction before checkout. For customers who want more information, it feels like a conversation instead of a transaction. At the same time, eCommerce partners can personalize and adapt the shopping journey in real time, tailoring product presentations, recommendations, and support to each individual user. What do you like best about Immerss Live Commerce?

The features are spot on! The live video sales calls allow us to add a personal touch to our web users. This bridges the gap between customers who prefer placing orders by phone, and those that like to shop online. With Immerss, our online customers now have the option to connect with a live agent to help them with any questions they might have. This has been a game changer. And as the customers get familiar and comfortable with the AI assistant, we believe it will be a game changer too! Very impressive and helping us scale revenue. What do you dislike about Immerss Live Commerce?

I see no downsides with Live Commerce at this time. Whenever we have an issue or question about the Immerss services, they are literally resolved within 24 hours (many times we get a reply within an hour).
