**What do you like best about Immerss Live Commerce?**

They bridge the gap between traditional eCommerce and live, in-person shopping. The platform is designed to give shoppers the confidence they need to purchase by providing added context, clarity, and interaction before checkout. For customers who want more information, it feels like a conversation instead of a transaction. At the same time, eCommerce partners can personalize and adapt the shopping journey in real time, tailoring product presentations, recommendations, and support to each individual user. The result is a seamless blend of convenience and human touch, turning browsers into confident buyers and online shops into experience-driven marketplaces.

**What do you dislike about Immerss Live Commerce?**

Nothing in particular, other than the fact that it's fairly new and like anything there may be some adoption delays. So far, nothing negative.

**What problems is Immerss Live Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Immerss Live Commerce is solving one of the biggest challenges in eCommerce: the lack of human connection and real-time guidance. Traditional online shopping often leaves customers with unanswered questions, leading to hesitation or abandoned carts. By enabling live, interactive shopping experiences, Immerss gives customers the confidence and clarity they need to make informed purchase decisions.

**What do you like best about Immerss Live Commerce?**

The features are spot on!  The live video sales calls allow us to add a personal touch to our web users.  This bridges the gap between customers who prefer placing orders by phone, and those that like to shop online.  With Immerss, our online customers now have the option to connect with a live agent to help them with any questions they might have.  This has been a game changer.  And as the customers get familiar and comfortable with the AI assistant, we believe it will be a game changer too!  Very impressive and helping us scale revenue.

**What do you dislike about Immerss Live Commerce?**

I see no downsides with Live Commerce at this time.  Whenever we have an issue or question about the Immerss services, they are literally resolved within 24 hours (many times we get a reply within an hour).  All we see is upside with the services and technology Immerss provides.

**What problems is Immerss Live Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Immerss is keeping our customers engaged and satisfied by getting their questions answered quickly.  This results in higher sales and customer satisfaction.  

One of our sites has thousands of products and the AI chatbot helps customers find what they need and then get any questions answered before adding to the cart.  This benefits both our sales reps (they have more time to take care of customers that prefer ordering via phone) as well as web customers who would tend to abandoned their cart without this immediate help being available.  

We also have a website that offers health supplements and we've found giving our customers the opportunity to video chat with one of our sales reps extremely helpful.  Our sales reps, who are also fitness experts in their own right,  are located at our retail locations.  So it's a natural transition for them to answer a video call from someone shopping our website, ready to buy, but just need to confirm they're on the right track.  Immerss makes all of this possible and seamless.

It's ease of use and they way we can pivot in realtime. Also, the customer service is IMPECCABLE. Arthur, the CEO, is active and engaged. Patrick is lightning fast with anything we need, when we need it.

I do wish we could integrate on FB and be able to sell from that streaming link.

It is great to be able to connect with customers by video as well as chat . It takes the online shopping experience to a much more personalized level.

**What do you dislike about Immerss Live Commerce?**

If the customer switches to another device after connecting with a sales person to place their order the sale doesn’t connect to that sales person .

**What problems is Immerss Live Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped to decrease our returns by helping the customer to reconnect after receiving their products to ask fit questions and we could encourage an exchange instead of a return . Also it helps create a client contact system to help with client out reach and suggestive selling.
