**What do you like best about IMA360?**

I appreciate IMA360 for offering a great user experience with its user-friendly interface, making it easy to navigate and configure. The seamless integrations with a variety of tools such as RFC, Mulesoft, and Kafka enhance its utility, allowing it to connect effortlessly with our existing systems. I particularly value the comprehensive app features like dashboards and the Formula Lab which contribute to its robust functionality. The contract maintenance tool is designed in a way that is simple to manage yet capable of achieving complex setups efficiently. Additionally, the cloud solution provided by IMA360 comes with the latest features, which was a significant factor in transitioning from SAP Vistex. The initial setup process was straightforward, and the customer support team is very responsive, which has been particularly beneficial in smoothing out any challenges. Ultimately, the combination of modern features, integration capabilities, and proactive support team makes it a highly recommendable tool for managing contracts.

Since it is a new tool, it has some flaws mainly in regards to performance.

I find IMA360 provides a user-friendly experience with seamless integration and simple setup, making contract management efficient. Its cloud solutions offer modern features, enhancing our decision-making process.

**What do you like best about IMA360?**

What we really liked about IMA 360 is how they actually get it. They didn't just throw tools or technical terms at us but they really listened to what we were struggling with and gave us right solutions that made sense. It really felt less like working with a company and more like having an extra arm of our own team that knew exactly what needs to be done. They made our complicated process feel really easy and honestly, that took a huge load off our sales team. It is rare to find people who are this good at both the tech side and the people side and IMA 360 nailed both. They also implemented this in a good way and also the number of features they have provided are truly appreciable. The integration was also easy. We have also increased the frequency of using these products which has genuinely impacted our business and our sales are boosting quickly.

**What do you dislike about IMA360?**

Honestly, there is no such thing that we disliked about IMA 360. They really listen to their customers and are always open for feedback and they genuinely want to improve, so even small things also get handled quickly and this kind of responsiveness really builds trust.

**What problems is IMA360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IMA 360 made our quoting process so much easier. Previously, we were doing very slow and manual work and honestly it was a bit frustrating. Now, with CPQ system they set up, we can really send our accurate quotes fast, without worrying about pricing errors or missed discounts. It's taken a lot of pressure off our sales team. Our speed and accuracy has also increased. It also helps build complex quotes in minutes, hot hours. Everything is automated, pricing is on spot and this is really helping us close the deals faster. This is the best company to work with.

**What do you like best about IMA360?**

What I like best about IMA360 is that how easy they are to work with. They actually listen to their customers. From the beginning, it felt like they were part of our team, not just some outside company. They took time to understand what we needed (even when we weren’t sure ourselves), and came back with ideas that made sense—no tech jargon, no overpromising, just smart solutions that worked. This is one of the best companies I have worked with. Also, I really appreciate how responsive they are. You don’t even have to chase them for updates. They stay on top of things and genuinely care about getting things right. It’s rare to find that mix of professionalism and personal touch these days, but IMA360 really nailed it.

**What do you dislike about IMA360?**

The great part about IMA 360 is they are always open for feedback and very responsive. There is nothing I disliked about IMA 360.It is clear they really deliver the right solutions which I really respect.

Before working with IMA360, our quoting and pricing process was a real headache. It took too long, mistakes would happen, and it was just hard to manage—especially when things got a bit complicated.IMA360 helped us fix all of that. They set up a CPQ system that made it super easy for our team to create quotes quickly and get the pricing right every time. Now, instead of spending hours going back and forth, we can send out accurate quotes in minutes.It’s made our sales process much faster and smoother. Our team is happier, our customers get what they need quicker, and everything feels a lot more organized. It’s been a big help.

they have AI-powered Dynamic Pricing Solution which help to manage uses AI/ML models to recommend optimal prices based on demand, cost, competitor pricing, seasonality, and customer segments. also with their Customer Segmentation & Behavior Analytics manage it well.

its been Just 2 Month, it is meeting my expectation and Client Satisfaction

I wan using this Solution to Make entire process Easlier - We had no real-time data to guide our decisions, which made it difficult to react to market changes quickly.
