  ### 1. Ignitia Customer Support Is Lacking/Curriculum Is Full Of Typos

**What do you like best about Ignitia?**

It like the thought that a Christian curriculum is available but Ignitia can do much better.

**What do you dislike about Ignitia?**

Ignitia curriculum is full of typos. I currently teach using the curriculum and in one class everytime the word "their" is used it is spelled "thier". It seems they do not have a proofreader for curriculum. From August til January I have reported over 68 typos, 5 question that were over material not covered on a quiz, and 11 image issues. One time an image of the US had the wrong state labeled.

When you contact them they will either respond with 1) We will look at editing over the summer months. 2) Just omit that section and move to the next lesson. They will not take responsibility of the errors and work on the edits.

**What do you like best about Ignitia?**

I love how clear the set up is for students and the self grading features.  Ignitia also provides an easy way to message students and provide instant feedback. Compared to other online homeschooling software, I believe Ignitia is one of the best.

**What do you dislike about Ignitia?**

I have not found anything with Ignitia that I dislike.  The software is very well developed and easy to use.  It offers everything that is needed to provide good educational services.

**What problems is Ignitia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ignitia provides quick grading and ability to provide feedback. It helps students see results immediately so that they can better their future assignments. It also allows for remote learning to have an overhead ensuring a successful education.
