What do you like best about Ideagen Procedure Management?

The platform is not only easy to navigate for our teams, but provides a centralised way to access, manage and review policies and protocols. Having each of our handboks loaded into the platform allows us to make easy edits and have the version control updated automatically, pushing out notices when updates are made to those who are required to read it take another step away from us having to manualy notify teams.

I love the expiry date function for certificates as it adds another level of security when it comes to having to remind teams that they will be due to renew or upload their new certificates, mitigating the risk of having expired licences in our network.

Op's central is used everyday in our business by not only support offoce, but our team mebers and provides a centralised hub for them to access all relevant information and learning modules to ensure that they remain upto date.

What do you like best about Ideagen Procedure Management?

Op central has allowed us to consolidate our varying storage platforms (be it dropbox, drive, and old school paper records) for our staffing records, and not only are they now all on one location, but they're stored in a cohesive manner with expiry date/renewal reminders which ensures that our compliance records are always up to date. What do you dislike about Ideagen Procedure Management?

When updating operations manuals/tutorials, the process is quite laborious and tedious because of the HTML requirements. We presently have hundreds of tutorials that we would love to upload to the platfrom, but as they are in a conflicting format, it's not as simple as a copy/paste job- we have to completely recreate the item and then hope we don't accidentally press the wrong button and wipe the whole thing (which has happened numerous times). What do you like best about Ideagen Procedure Management?

Op Central has allowed us to manage a large multi-brand company all in 1 beautiful, easy to navigate and smooth Operating System. The help from our account manager, Adam, over the year and a half that we were building out the platform has been incredible and we couldn't have done it without him. The platform is extremely easy to use, update and the single-point-of-truth approach is exactly what our network needed when upgrading to Op Central. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Procedure Management?

I am in charge of the National Education Coordination and my only feedback for the platform is that timezones are not an option when creating workshops. As we host the majority of our training nationally, face to face as well as virtually, this makes it very difficult for the team to understand the correct start times. What do you like best about Ideagen Procedure Management?

We use Op Central for sending out surveys to our Invisible Guests for our restaurants, and it's incredibly straightforward to use. The setup process was easy, and exporting the surveys and results makes it a lot simpler to present the findings.

What do you like best about Ideagen Procedure Management?

Apart from the fact that it is a great product with great features, the thing that makes it one of the best is the level of service you get from them. Their support desk is helpful and solves problems. They are helpful and quick. Very importantly, they listen to system improvement suggestions and they make it happen.

All of this means they are a customer centric business. I hope they continue and remain this way as I have not used this product in many brands and likely to introduce it in more brands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Procedure Management?

There are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The lack of drag-and-drop facilities when uploading files makes the process less intuitive. There have also been concerns regarding the removal of some useful modules that previously added significant value. The platform's inflexibility around certain suggestions related to communication has limited its effectiveness in meeting our specific needs however, these issues are minor compared to the overall value that Ideagen Op Central provides. I love how helpful the customer support team are. I've called numerous times as an admin and as soon as I describe what I want to do, the team are able to guide me through the set up. Nothing significant. If I had to pick somthing, I would say the way the table of contents on the operations manuals resets itself to the top of the page once a selction is made, losing your position. Very annoying if you accidentally click on the wrong item, you then need to scroll all the way down to where you were again. If the table of conents could be located in its own frame, allowing for independant scrolling up and down independant of the procedures manual this would fix this.
