Ideagen Procedure Management makes it much easier to keep policies and procedures organized, accessible, and up to date. I like that it helps improve compliance, streamlines document control, and gives staff a clear, centralized place to find the most current information. The workflow and approval tracking features also help reduce confusion and improve accountability across teams.

Navigation is a little clunky. I feel like I should know how to use the system more for the time I have been in it. I would love more video resources on how to create things and set them up.

**What do you like best about Ideagen Procedure Management?**

The platform is not only easy to navigate for our teams, but provides a centralised way to access, manage and review policies and protocols. Having each of our handboks loaded into the platform allows us to make easy edits and have the version control updated automatically, pushing out notices when updates are made to those who are required to read it take another step away from us having to manualy notify teams. 

I love the expiry date function for certificates as it adds  another level of security when it comes to having to remind teams that they will be due to renew or upload their new certificates, mitigating the risk of having expired licences in our network.

Op's central is used everyday in our business by not only support offoce, but our team mebers and provides a centralised hub for them to access all relevant information and learning modules to ensure that they remain upto date.

The implelemnattion process was very easy to navigate and our teams have given great feedback on the program over the last few weeks.

**What do you dislike about Ideagen Procedure Management?**

So far, I have not found any downsides to using the program.

**What problems is Ideagen Procedure Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduces the need to be constantly manaly replacing policies when the slightest chnages are made.
Allows for expiry dates to be added for certificates based on a date rather than set days and can be custom to each team member.

**What do you like best about Ideagen Procedure Management?**

Op central has allowed us to consolidate our varying storage platforms (be it dropbox, drive, and old school paper records) for our staffing records, and not only are they now all on one location, but they're stored in a cohesive manner with expiry date/renewal reminders which ensures that our compliance records are always up to date.

**What do you dislike about Ideagen Procedure Management?**

When updating operations manuals/tutorials, the process is quite laborious and tedious because of the HTML requirements. We presently have hundreds of tutorials that we would love to upload to the platfrom, but as they are in a conflicting format, it's not as simple as a copy/paste job- we have to completely recreate the item and then hope we don't accidentally press the wrong button and wipe the whole thing (which has happened numerous times).

**What problems is Ideagen Procedure Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it has personally meant I no longer need to be a compliance and information dragon- previously storage and tracking of all our registration and compliance fell to me and was an incredibly laborious task. Op Central has removed a significant (and hideously tedious) part of my role, allowing the documents to be stored on a centralised platform with everyone who needs to have access to them being able to easily locate the information (as opposed to annoying the information dragon)

**What do you like best about Ideagen Procedure Management?**

Op Central has allowed us to manage a large multi-brand company all in 1 beautiful, easy to navigate and smooth Operating System. The help from our account manager, Adam, over the year and a half that we were building out the platform has been incredible and we couldn't have done it without him. The platform is extremely easy to use, update and the single-point-of-truth approach is exactly what our network needed when upgrading to Op Central.

**What do you dislike about Ideagen Procedure Management?**

I am in charge of the National Education Coordination and my only feedback for the platform is that timezones are not an option when creating workshops. As we host the majority of our training nationally, face to face as well as virtually, this makes it very difficult for the team to understand the correct start times. Also we are finding the '00' and '30' minute start times very limiting. Apart from this, everything else has been fine.

Brining the entire multi-brand network onto one easy to use employee portal.

We use Op Central for sending out surveys to our Invisible Guests for our restaurants, and it's incredibly straightforward to use. The setup process was easy, and exporting the surveys and results makes it a lot simpler to present the findings.

The feedback from the people completing the surveys has always been positive as well, and there's never been any issues.

**What do you dislike about Ideagen Procedure Management?**

At the moment, there isn't anything that we currently dislike about Op Central. It's completely fit for the purpose we need it for.

**What problems is Ideagen Procedure Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled to find somewhere that would able us to create multiple surveys at one time and send them out to multiple people. Op Central provides this for us and enables us to bring feedback into our business in an information and useful way.

Apart from the fact that it is a great product with great features, the thing that makes it one of the best is the level of service you get from them. Their support desk is helpful and solves problems. They are helpful and quick. Very importantly, they listen to system improvement suggestions and they make it happen. 
All of this means they are a customer centric business. I hope they continue and remain this way as I have not used this product in many brands and likely to introduce it in more brands.

Nothing really to dislike. The system does what it is supposed to do.

What I appreciate most about Op Central is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate and access essential features. the program is modular so we can continue to add features to the platform. Their exceptional customer service through the helpdesk further enhances the experience, ensuring we always receive prompt support whenever needed. I have now installed Op Central into 2 businesses, and it is a fantastic choice for organisations looking to optimise their operations.

**What do you dislike about Ideagen Procedure Management?**

There are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The lack of drag-and-drop facilities when uploading files makes the process less intuitive. There have also been concerns regarding the removal of some useful modules that previously added significant value. The platform's inflexibility around certain suggestions related to communication has limited its effectiveness in meeting our specific needs however, these issues are minor compared to the overall value that Ideagen Op Central provides.

I love how helpful the customer support team are. I've called numerous times as an admin and as soon as I describe what I want to do, the team are able to guide me through the set up. The way that the staff explain things to me, and follow up when needed are great.

I wish that there were a few more features for me to utilise, and for a couple of the features that I do utilsie, I would tweak a couple for everyday use. In saying that, our company uses the site for a very specific, somewhat niche purpose!

Oversight!! We use Ideagen Op Central to give us oversight into team member activities and performance. We also use it for communication.

For the most part, Ops Central is efficient and easy to use. It is quite intuitive for new users, and easy accessible for staff of all skill sets and experience. It has certainly improved our onboarding process, and makes policy management accessible and easy to upadte and stay on top of.

I would like to see more customisable features, communication of development updates would also be ideal.

Simple administration. Ease of use. Ease of deployment.

Nothing significant. If I had to pick somthing, I would say the way the table of contents on the operations manuals resets itself to the top of the page once a selction is made, losing your position. Very annoying if you accidentally click on the wrong item, you then need to scroll all the way down to where you were again. If the table of conents could be located in its own frame, allowing for independant scrolling up and down independant of the procedures manual this would fix this.

Op Central has been a game-changer for us. All our training and information in one place. It is easy to use, especially now that there is greater collective intelligence within the team. The support from Op Central is second to none. The Support team are amazing.

Maintaining the system we have created. While many apsects are automated, with the system we have built there is quite a bit of background work that still needs doing.

The best part about Ideagen Op Central is how intuitive and user friendly it is. It's fantastic to have a go-to place for everything our business requires. Op Central is a one stop shop for our communiction, training and auditing for franchisees. It is incredibly useful and the Ai aspects are taking it to another level. The customer service is human and fantastic. The team at head office are always helpful and friendly.

I think it has its limitations but like all good brands, sticking to what you do best is key and not trying to be everything to everyone.
