"IBM Smart Cloud Control Desk review"

What do you like best?

What I enjoy about the program coming from an IT infrastructure standpoint is that the service request management gives you users an efficient service desk for handling service requests and managing incidents.

What do you dislike?

No dislikes from me or my team. This helps us with our day to day productivity. It is better than our last product.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

IBM SmartCloud Control Desk will be able to provide a base platform for your IT day to day service management duties. The major feature within IBM SmartCloud Control Desk is the ability to provide the end user with a service portal, or Self Service Center.

What do you like best?

The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-compliant software is accessible through mobile devices and integrates with social media and development tools. It helps reduce cost for my business since it has optimized asset lifecycle management.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes I have issues working with it on my Mac

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm solving the storage and access of our precious production documents. After we finish shooting all of our productions, we digitize all of the documents and store them using the Control Desk.
