What do you like best about Human Resource Management Systems?

Features: All important HR processes are covered by modules, which can be combined individually. Multiple administration of HR data and users is a thing of the past.

Implementation: Due to the cloud-based solution, no installation, maintenance or data backup is necessary. Customer support guided us well through the process and we were up an running within 3 weeks. Servers are located in Germany in compliance with the DSGVO.

Usage: The software is well designed so that employees and managers can use it without training. This increases acceptance of its use and facilitates implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Human Resource Management Systems?

Only preparatory payroll is covered and payroll services providers must be connected via API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
