**What do you like best about Human Resource Management Systems?**

The software can be adapted and configured to various needs of the organisation. There are various modules allowing assistance and transparency for recruiting, payroll, paid leave, internal organisational activities, etc.

**What do you dislike about Human Resource Management Systems?**

It is not a standard solution and therefore it requires more input and efforts from the administrators.

With the help of HR Puls we can handle our annual meetings as well as time tracking activities, recruiting processes etc.

**What do you like best about Human Resource Management Systems?**

Features: All important HR processes are covered by modules, which can be combined individually. Multiple administration of HR data and users is a thing of the past.

Implementation: Due to the cloud-based solution, no installation, maintenance or data backup is necessary. Customer support guided us well through the process and we were up an running  within 3 weeks. Servers are located in Germany in compliance with the DSGVO.

Usage: The software is well designed so that employees and managers can use it without training. This increases acceptance of its use and facilitates implementation.

**What do you dislike about Human Resource Management Systems?**

Only preparatory payroll is covered and payroll services providers must be connected via API.

**What problems is Human Resource Management Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We save a lot of time due to the automation of our HR processes. Authorizations for time tracking and absence management are easy and transparent. HR analytics can be performed for the first time.
