**What do you like best about Human Made Machine?**

HMM are a great partner to work with, as they genuinly care about their clients and have often gone the extra mile to extract insights, or proactively suggest things that could help improve the working experience.

Compared to other Vendors, I would say they are a lot more hands on and engaged, making them a joy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Human Made Machine?**

Nothing directly comes to mind for anything to dislike about HMM.

**What problems is Human Made Machine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily work with HMM to conduct Creative Testing, which is used to determine how a creative resonates with the target audience before it goes live. 

HMM is very proactive in validating their results and helping us to meet client requests, such as helping with internal anlysis, weighting results, and generally practively trying to improve their insights so that they are as benificial as possible to all parties.

HMM also has streamlined their Creative Testing process in a few ways that makes the process more smooth and convenient.
