I like how intuitive it is while still being really powerful. You don’t need to be a marketing ops expert to launch campaigns, build workflows, or track performance. At the same time, the data is there whenever you want to dig deeper, and honestly, the automation saves a ton of time. What I like least is that it can get expensive pretty quickly, especially once you start needing more seats, reporting, or larger contact volumes. Some of the best features sit behind higher tiers, which can be frustrating when you know the platform is capable of more.
Integration is very easy, but implementation sometimes requires additional training. That can make it hard to pull people away from their day-to-day tasks to do the learning.
