# How are you using HubSpot Marketing Hub forms, segments, and live chat for lead gen?

I have been liking the newer AEO features along with forms, segmentation, and live chat in HubSpot Marketing Hub. So far I have not run into any major downsides, and it has helped me generate leads through social media, backlinks, and SEO. Which of these tools has made the biggest difference for your lead generation, and how are you combining them day to day?
