What do you like best about Hubilo?

- Broadcasted sessions were recorded and could be rewatched after a session ended and downloaded

- Language toggle as our event was bilingual, ability to use features like Interprefy

- Live event support and IT help

- Check-in meetings and responsive and amazing CXM, Keshav Anand and Karan Kohli

- Large banners to promote event sponsors and

- "Leaderboard," quizzes, and live chats to inspire attendee engagement

- Complementary app that was accessible and aesthetically pleasing - attendees could join in on their phones

- Highly-customizable

- Ability to host/stream concurrent sessions

- Easy login access

What do you dislike about Hubilo?

- Character limits were a bit restrictive when adding French words

- Limit on # of people that can put on audio+visual in rooms and lounges

- Would have liked more front-facing tutorials to send to attendees

What do you like best about Hubilo?

The customer service was unmatched - they were so responsive, kept me on track, answered questions throughout the day, and provided real-time support. I truly felt like I had a team behind me and it was great! The platform was easy to learn and use, especially when teaching our speakers who are not as technologically friendly. They had no problem using it, and the Hubilo team (Pranshu & Andrew!!) were so helpful in that training. The platform was professional looking and easy to customize. It definitely took our event to the next level, as we were able to share resources with our attendees easily, and create unique networking experiences.

I really liked the "backstage" option, where we could communicate with just the panel of speakers. This was an incredibly useful tool and helped our speakers feel very comfortable as to when they would be starting. I cannot recommend Hubilo enough!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hubilo?

Speakers cannot join from tablets, but that is minor as we would prefer them to be at a desktop or laptop for that more professional look and feel, and to confirm their internet connection is as strong as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hubilo?

I have been very pleased over the last two years with all of the changes that Hubilo has been adding to its platform. Always making it more user-friendly and a great interactive experience for the attendees. We have been extremely happy with our tech support through Hubilo, Saurabh has been a pleasure to work with and has always been quick to respond and answer any questions our team may have. What do you dislike about Hubilo?

I do wish streaming from zoom was easier to manage. Not being able to be a host and speaker at the same time is difficult where we have to have multiple ghost accounts made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hubilo?

We were using the Hubilo platform for the third year and were very satisfied with its capabilities. The platform offers many different options and functionalities and it is very easy to use. I need to say that the customer service is really good. The team is always ready to help you. Our assistant was Renuka Varma and she was very friendly and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this platform to others.

Shortly: as I mentioned, for the third year in a row, we were using the Hubilo platform for the online festival. The festival is 3 days long and it offers many interesting talks, with more than 20 events and 60 speakers from different parts of the world. I need to say that everything worked perfectly. We didn't have any technical problems or issues connected with the platform and everything was running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hubilo?

The only thing to mention is the lag time or delay in the streaming service. But honestly, the delay is in every streaming service and it does not affect the event and flow of the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hubilo?

It's very flexible. We use Hubilo Broadcast Studio or others to create our online events.

We are constantly exploring something new on the platform and using this to improve the experience of our participants.

It's child's play for us to change the event to on-demand and make it last even longer.

With Deepanshi on our side, we have top-notch support and can be sure that everything is running on time until the event or even during our sessions.

Some new features mean more work for ourselves in the event process, and we need a little time to arrange everything.

What do you like best about Hubilo?

The platform itself is sleek, pretty, and has a very professional air - whilst also being simple enough to make both the back and front end navigation easily accessible to 99% of users. All the functionalities expected from a hybrid/online event tool are included and easy to use.

Most importantly, furthermore, we had excellent round the clock support from the very efficient and kind Zainab Ghadiali, who truly went out of her way to ensure that our experience would be as smooth as possible. Any comments and questions were picked up and answered or escalated (as required) within minutes. Working with her was truly a blast.

Lastly, communicating with the participants pre- during-, and post- event was very efficient and easy through the Hubilo email manager - any minor challenges we faced were picked up and passed on to the development team and will likely be resolved in the short future. What do you dislike about Hubilo?

Though we are very pleased with the platform, we were fully informed of this, and it is not necessarily Hubilo-specific, it'd be great if the platform's functionality would also be fully accessible via VPN/secure connections/firewalls (especially rooms/lounges/1-1 meetings). What do you like best about Hubilo?

Platform ensure thousands of people can join virtual event smoothly at the same time. Hubilo also enable to show the high quality of long duration video without any issues of internet lagging / interuption.

There are many fixed functions/ features that can not optimized for each parculiar requests. Sometime we need to balance between the offered features which available on Hubilo with our expectations.
