## About Hootsuite
Most teams are still working with tools and workflows built for a different time — dashboards, approvals, and disconnected systems that slow them down. Many have added AI, but haven’t changed how work gets done. Social moves too fast for that. It’s why we rebuilt Hootsuite with AI as a foundation, not a feature. Hootsuite Social OS helps teams go from reacting after the moment has passed to acting in real time with AI that makes it as easy as chat. That’s how we’re transforming the way teams move, decide, and grow. Less time navigating software. More time acting on ideas. That’s the future we’re building. --- Hootsuite Social OS gives marketing, communications, and insights teams a connected system to detect what's shaping their brand in real time, understand what it means, and coordinate action across the organization before the window of opportunity closes. Hootsuite Social OS is a strong fit for marketing, communications, brand, and social strategy teams that need social intelligence connected directly to execution across the business, not another listening dashboard to monitor in isolation — so they can move at the speed of social and stay ahead. Hootsuite Key Features \> Real-time social intelligence: Lumen helps you detect the signals shaping your market, from brand perception and emerging trends to competitive moves and consumer shifts, surfacing the insights that matter and helping you act on them before the window of opportunity closes. \> Conversational AI orchestration layer: Ask Wisdom questions in plain language and get cited, actionable answers grounded in your live social data, brand context, and historical performance. And it’s all as easy at chat. \> Connected publishing and planning: With Perch, you can turn insights into scheduled or published content in minutes — without switching tabs or losing context. Unified customer care: Manage comments, messages, and mentions across channels in one place through Nest, with AI-assisted responses and workflow routing. \> Employee advocacy: Turn your most trusted voices — your people — into brand ambassadors. Parliament enables them to easily share on-brand content with their own networks to extend reach and reduce paid media dependency. MCP connectors for Lumen, Perch, and Nest bring Hootsuite Social OS capabilities into the AI tools teams already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. So teams can draft, schedule, publish, engage, and measure across all their channels via Hootsuite without spending every day in a dashboard, calendar, or compose box.

## Hootsuite Reviews
 ### 1. Hootsuite is great for prescheduling social posts.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The best thing about Hootsuite is the ability to plan your entire week(s) of social content all in one go. Hootsuite makes it easy to duplicate posts and reschedule when needed. This is crucial when you're managing multiple brands and all their social channels.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

My biggest complaint with Hootsuite is that I receive far more 'failed to post' notifications than I should. It seems like every week, a scheduled post seems to fail, and I have to reschedule the post. There is usually not any indicator as to why the posts fail either. Their customer service is lacking as well.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite is a major time-saver. It offers AI features to help you create content, and schedule all your posts in advance. This allows for busy users to get valuable time back in their weekly schedule, knowing that social media management is taken care of.

 ### 2. Streamlined Social Media Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leneé T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like how Hootsuite solves the problem of planning content. It allows me to plan content weeks out and I appreciate the function of sometimes coming up with captions for the content. I also enjoy its ability to post to multiple sites at a time.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think the constantly having to authenticate every single time I sign on on the same computer is a little bit annoying. The things that don't work well is not being able to easily change the skin tone on emojis when I am writing a cup, and the ability to be able to tag or add collaborators on Instagram posts would be ideal.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to solve the problem of planning content. It allows me to plan weeks in advance and post to multiple sites simultaneously, including generating captions.

 ### 3. Effortless Team Management and Scheduling with Hootsuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like Hootsuite a lot because it's the easiest platform for me to understand and work with. It's really nice to be able to work with multiple accounts since it's easy to filter through which ones you're using, and uploading source images and videos is a breeze. I appreciate how easy it is to work with my team. Planning content is easy because it tells me when I should post and what trends it has noticed. I would say I never run into many problems using Hootsuite, which is a big plus. The initial setup was extremely easy, making an account was straightforward, and staying logged in is effortless.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I like everything

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Hootsuite easy to use, making it simple to manage multiple accounts and collaborate with my team. It also simplifies content planning by suggesting optimal posting times and trending topics.

 ### 4. Streamlined Post Scheduling and Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aagosh S. | Marketing Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I majorly use Hootsuite for scheduling my posts, and it helps me schedule them in advance for different countries, considering local times. I also appreciate that it suggests the best timings to post to achieve maximum engagement in particular regions. The platform allows me to extract reports and gain valuable analytics, helping me with end-of-year or midyear reporting and understanding which posts perform well. I can schedule posts up to a month in advance, which frees me from routine tasks and allows me to focus on other marketing areas. The initial setup of Hootsuite was quite good, thanks to the onboarding team that helped integrate our social accounts with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think the tagging functionality needs to be more advanced as I'm not able to tag people who are not in my personal account list. So I think if that can be resolved, then I think Hootsuite would become an ideal platform for any marketer to schedule posts.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule posts in advance, analyze performance through reports and analytics, and tag people in social posts. It helps me post at optimal times for different countries and focus on other marketing duties while managing content effectively.

 ### 5. Great Value Social Media Scheduler with Easy Cross-Posting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It’s a great tool for planning and scheduling social media posts across multiple channels. I can quickly choose which channels I want to cross-post to, and it automatically checks best practices before publishing. Overall, it’s great value for money.

The interface is very self-explanatory, so I didn’t need any support to get everything set up.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The scheduler can be quite finicky around video formatting when posting to Meta. Sometimes we have to re-save a file we created without changing the actual size for it to accept it.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main reason we selected Hootsuite is to get a better integration and cohesion across all our social media channels. Hootsuite does this very well.

 ### 6. Streamlined Scheduling with Robust Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssamarie S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for social media scheduling, brand watch, and creating analytics reports. It's easy to use, and there are a lot of trainings available which help me understand the different features without having to go to different tutorial sites. The information is recent and comes straight from the source. I find the third-party app integration, like with Canva, very helpful because I can access project files directly, eliminating the need to download and re-upload content constantly. Hootsuite efficiently schedules content for all my accounts without having to do it individually, which saves me time from copying and pasting content on each platform's website.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Occasionally, Hootsuite will have errors in posting content, however this does not happen often.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite for easy scheduling of content across accounts, eliminating the need to do it individually on each platform.

 ### 7. Easy Scheduling, AI Creator, and Hashtag Generator Make Posting a Breeze

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The ease of scheduling posts and the ai creator. I love the ease of connecting my social accounts as well. Lastly the hashtag generator makes posting a breeze as well.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I had trouble adding Pinterest. It took quite a few tries to get my account up and running. I also don’t like that I have to post separately there, and I don’t like that you can’t group all your social accounts together.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps us centralize social media planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking across multiple platforms. Rather than managing each channel separately, it gives us a single place to organize content, maintain consistency, and keep an eye on engagement. The biggest benefit is efficiency: it saves time, cuts down on manual posting, improves visibility into what’s going live, and helps us make more strategic decisions using the performance data.

 ### 8. Social Media for a Small Museum

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Museums and Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I appreciate the ability to personalize my statistics downloads. I also enjoy the increased attention to detail in adding reccomended hashtags and different holiday reccomendations for posts.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think the AI feature isn't really necissary and would like the ability to turn it off as I will occassionally accidentally click it, which does more harm than good. I also dislike the changed formatting where I can no longer drag different posts to go live at a specific time and now must click the file to change the time. It's small, but it does slow me down especially when rearranging a post schedule.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite makes it easier for me to plan out posts in advance and allows me to easily format and download social media statistics. I also appreciate the suggested holidays that help me make posts that are more fun for the average viewer.

 ### 9. Streamlined Multi-Platform Posting Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie B. | Director of Public Engagement & Communications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that I can streamline all my posts across all platforms in one area. It is extremely easy to do and also easy to edit if needed. Hootsuite also tells you if a post has failed.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The only thing I have found that I dislike in Hootsuite is the AI helper thing when you are coming up with a caption. You have to train an AI model to really accurately give you what you need.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to login to each and every platform when you need to post something. That is extremely time consuming. Hootsuite is a one stop shop for posting needs.

 ### 10. Managing multiple social channels became much easier with Hootsuite

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma F. | Social Media Strategy Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

My favorite thing about Hootsuite is how it helps us manage several social media accounts from one dashboard. We handle content for different brands and being able to schedule posts monitor engagement and track performance without constantly switching platforms saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Some advanced features take a little time to learn and the interface can occasionally feel crowded when managing a large number of accounts. There are also times when I would like more flexibility in lower tier plans without needing to upgrade for certain features.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has improved consistency across campaigns and reduced the amount of daily manual work. The reporting tools also help us understand which content performs best so we can make better decisions about future campaigns.

 ### 11. Easy LinkedIn Scheduling Across Multiple Accounts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa N. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use it for scheduling content especially for my B2B customers who schedule content to LinkedIn across multiple accounts. Its easy to sign up and connect multiple channels to

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Can be costly when you manage a large number of accounts. have had some issues with crashing or disconnecting accounts but have been using for a number of years

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

scheduling to LinkedIn across multiple accounts when content is going out multiple times in a week, and often on weekends. It means I don't have to login to approve posts I can set and forget before I switch off for the week day or weekend

 ### 12. Easy Scheduling, Great Analytics, and Perfect Navigation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Payton S. | Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Arguably the best platform out there. Easy to use, easy to schedule posts, great analytics, and the navigation is perfect. The non-profit pricing is a good entry point if you're a non-profit. Their google business integration is decent too.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Pricing for organizations that are not non-profit is a little rough. I know they're feature filled, but having a more robust model for small businesses would be great. Support could be better than email.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All our social media needs. With accounts spanning across 11 platforms, it performs very well. We've been able to maintain all of our messaging and posting with wild consistency.

 ### 13. Effortless Social Scheduling with User-Friendly Automation and Great Nonprofit Pricing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I appreciate how easy it is to schedule content in advance—it makes managing multiple social media accounts efficient and stress-free. The platform is very user-friendly, allowing me to plan and automate posts across channels in one place. I also really value the nonprofit pricing, which makes a powerful tool like this accessible and cost-effective for organizations with limited budgets.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I find the carousel posting functionality confusing and not very intuitive, which makes it harder to fully utilize for platforms like Instagram. I’ve also experienced issues with social media accounts frequently disconnecting, requiring them to be reconnected—this can be disruptive and time-consuming.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite allows me to plan and schedule our social media in advance, which is incredibly helpful at a small nonprofit. It enables me to batch content, stay organized, and maintain a consistent presence without needing to post in real time every day.

 ### 14. Easy Post Scheduling and Helpful AI Captions in Hootsuite

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinod A. | Junior Digital marketing Associate, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The post scheduling is easy to use, even for beginners, and it’s simple to work with and explore Hootsuite’s content scheduling and content management tools. The built-in native AI is also useful for writing captions.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes the inbox section is messy, and I can’t figure out who messaged me and on which platform. Also, when someone comments on LinkedIn, it doesn’t always show the user’s full details only the name. Sometimes it even shows the commenter as an anonymous user, so I need to verify it manually.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obviously, once I set up the monthly calendar for my social media posts, I don’t want to have to go back through the calendar part again. It already does that; all I really need is to review its performance.

 ### 15. Great Product! Needs Some Refining

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cam W. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The most helpful feature of Hootsuite, is that I can plan ahead but also see what posts were most engaging YTD. It's so helpful for seeing how our audience responds to our content.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think there is serious opportunity for growth in the analytics and insights tab of Hootsuite. It feels like there's a disconnect in some of the data they pull or maybe a different set of criteria on what to pull.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are definitely solving the time management aspect of digital marketing! Hootsuite allows me to accomplish a lot more in the same amount of time. But also, keep engagement high.

 ### 16. Intuitive, Cohesive, Well-Branded UI With Seamless App Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus K. | Social Media Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love the user interface! The easy way that branding, operations and overall cohesiveness works together to make the social process as easy as possible. I love that I can use other apps and associated software with it as well.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The only thing is that because I work with a franchise company that monitors hundreds of social accounts, the capacity of handling so much data and content results in slow response times. That's the main issue.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The workflow. The understanding of social listening and research. Also just overall support from the staff. It all helps for a better overall experience.

 ### 17. Easy-to-Use, Purpose-Built Tool for Managing Multiple Social Accounts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kassia C. | Digital Training Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It's a purpose-built tool that's easy to use. It's established so has been built and developed over time. It's really helpful if you want to manage multiple social accounts for a business/s.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There are competitive alternatives. There is another platform I prefer the UI of. Its fairly high in price so often favored by larger companies. There are also some platform limitations.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables a quicker workflow. Everything is in one place. It speeds up content creation and publishing. It's great for working in a team. Everything is in one place. I particularly love the analytics.

 ### 18. Convenient and Easy to Use for Scheduling, but Customer Support Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It is the industry standard right now, so it's important to know how to use. When it works, it's very convenient to schedule posts out months in advance

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite customer service has not been helpful or easy to reach when I needed. Also, when I disconnect one of our accounts on purpose, I wish I could turn off the Hootsuite notifications that tell me the account is disconnected. I know, I did that on purpose!

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of posting individually on every platform is solved by Hootsuite. Hootsuite's main strength is the ability to schedule posts far in advance, for multiple platforms at once, so it's definitely helpful when it comes to convenience

 ### 19. Hootsuite Makes Social Media Management Easy with a Centralized Inbox

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayoub B. | Core Network Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Social media management has become so much easier with Hootsuite. The social media inbox management is the best part for me, because customer inquiry responses are now centralized in one place. My team can also access a single, centralized hub for managing all our social media.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The UI could be a bit simpler, because right now I find it challenging to navigate through the tool without extra effort. Also, the pricing could be revised.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps solve our social media management challenges. Now my team and I can manage accounts across different platforms from one centralized hub. We can easily automate responses, monitor performance, and review analytics all within the same environment, which makes our workflow much more organized.

 ### 20. Streamlines Social Media Scheduling and Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** david s. | Senior Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like Hootsuite for its simplicity. It's very quick, very easy to use, and everything's clear and obvious. The calendar is very easy to navigate. The user experience is just very clear and easy to use essentially. The initial setup of Hootsuite was very easy and very simple, taking no time at all, and it's good value for money as well.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think the current account is small for what you can actually post on X. So it reduces it by too much, whereas you can do bigger posts. The tagging can sometimes be off on LinkedIn a little bit, but these niggles, they're not anything negative, I don't think.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to save time by planning and scheduling social posts, ensuring continuous activity and better time management. It provides analytics for reports without manual work, all in one place.

 ### 21. Improves Work-Life Balance with Easy Content Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura O. | Social Media Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It allows me to plan content during my work hours so that I don't have to log into platforms to post after hours. It's positive for my work-life balance!

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The only negative side of hootsuite is the cost - there's no free option. But it's worth the cost overall and is affordable for businesses, just not many individuals.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing me to organize days worth of content at one time, which benefits my work-life balance. It also allows me to show my employer what I'm working on.

 ### 22. Powerful All-in-One Social Tool, But Steep Learning Curve and Pricey for Small Teams

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SAINT I. | Salesman, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The best thing about Hootsuite is having one dashboard where you can schedule, publish, and monitor posts across multiple platforms at once, instead of jumping between separate apps all day. The unified calendar, AI caption/hashtag tools, and analytics make it easier to plan a full content week, see gaps, and quickly understand what’s actually performing.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite is powerful but it can feel heavy: the interface has a lot of sections and settings, so there’s a real learning curve, especially if you just want something simple. Pricing has also climbed over the years and there’s no real free plan anymore, which makes it harder for solo creators or very small teams to justify compared with lighter, cheaper tools.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the chaos of managing several social accounts by centralizing scheduling, engagement, and analytics for all your profiles in one place. It helps you stay consistent with posting, respond faster to comments and messages through the unified inbox, and report results to clients or your team with exportable, branded analytics.

 ### 23. Efficient Social Media Management with Top-Notch UI/UX

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soham M. | Social Media Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I find Hootsuite very stable and appreciate the great UI/UX. It really works for me. I like how the placement of the various buttons and the way things can be sorted, viewed, and analyzed for multiple social media platforms from one screen is pretty efficient. This efficiency is something the native social platform schedulers don't offer.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't like the scheduling limits, which are the number of total posts that can be scheduled. Every platform has a limit to the max number of posts that can be scheduled, so if those are removed, I can schedule more posts for times when I am taking a long break from work.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me schedule posts and manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously with a very stable UI/UX. It allows efficient sorting, viewing, and analysis from one screen, which native platform schedulers don't offer.

 ### 24. Fast post collection and customizable reports, but analytics accuracy needs improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Newspapers | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Its fast collecting published posts so I can fillter and do some analytics, also its very nice to have a customized reports and shape it as I want as squares but need to be enhanced as how and where do I need them I feel some hard as It need to be in specific places sometimes

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

this is rare but sometimes it shows wrong analytical numbers, I prefer to say the data is loading or show an error message that It cant show them at the moment rather than showing wrong ones

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mainly hootsuite is showing us what are our top posts and let us show all the Eps we have or programs by views list so we know our top perfoming each month

 ### 25. Founder/Managing Director

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vuyile M. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is the fact that you don't have to learn anything new to post to your social media networks. It's all in one place and that's why I like it so much. What I like best about Hootsuite is that I can schedule a post and then I don't have to worry about it being shared on all my social media accounts, it just happens.Hootsuite is a very efficient platform for handling multiple social media platforms

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Cost and Value for Money: The pricing jumps noticeably between plans, and key advanced features (such as bulk scheduling or advanced analytics) are locked behind higher tiers. For small businesses or solopreneurs, that makes the overall cost difficult to justify, especially if you don’t need a full suite of higher-tier tools.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem Hootsuite is solving is that people are able to monitor multiple social media accounts at the same time. This is beneficial to any social media manager as it allows them to keep an eye on what's happening on every account.

 ### 26. Quick, Easy Scheduling and Streamlined Post Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I enjoy the scheduling tool, I find it very quick and easy to use. As well as the streams section where I can delete posts easily and all in one place

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't like that you can't send multiple tweets at one time from the same window or at least press send and post more it five seconds after. This slows me down with breaking news.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me manage multiple accounts all at the same time. This is fixing the problem of having to log into multiple accounts especially under stress.

 ### 27. All-in-One Social Dashboard That Keeps Me On Top of To-Dos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glenn R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It puts everything together on one page, so I'm more likely to notice issues or to-do items. It encourages me to be more active in posting and reacting to feedbacks.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish youtube was integrated the same way the other social aps are. You can do youtube through hootsuite, but you need to do it separately, it isn't as connected to the other social media sites.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main thing is it connects all of our social media sites, so that when we post on one, we are more likely to also use the other sites at the same time. It's all easily connected.

 ### 28. Easy scheduling - Hootsuite does it right!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

As a PR person, using Hootsuite changes my social media game! Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule all my posts in one place. Great service that I ALWAYS recommend to others.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The only downfall is when using Hootsuite on mobile while live posting, the app tends to upload photos wrong (horizontal or vertical from what I need it to be) and I have to delete and open the social app to upload there instead to make sure its correct. That's disappointing. I would also prefer to go back to the old streams screen so the scheduled posts are also present.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All-in-one social media management that helps increase productivity. Hootsuite keeps all my socials current and I'm a big fan of scheduling ahead of time. Bringing together all of my organization's platforms in one makes my job so much easier.

 ### 29. Great for Scheduling, Needs Better Draft Management

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angeliki F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that Hootsuite makes it easy to pull up and edit pictures. It's also simple to go through and change the text for each platform. Adding accounts and different forms was easy, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I hate that Hootsuite doesn't automatically save drafts. It's really frustrating to lose drafts if you've been logged out and have to start over. I have to remember to manually save my progress. I also dislike that it seems unable to handle posting images or text reliably, especially with Blue Sky. Sometimes the images are compressed weirdly or don't post at all, which is confusing. The platform logging me out after an unmentioned time is also quite annoying.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite as a content management system to schedule all of our posts in advance, which helps manage our social media effectively.

 ### 30. Easy, Intuitive Scheduling with Great Streams and UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Ease of scheduling abilities, streams feature, and overall UI. It's easy and intuitive to schedule posts across all social channels, as well as integrating new ones. Streams are nice for editing posts already made, or for sharing specific things. And, the UI is easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It's hard to say. Occasionally, there's a bugs or technical glitches, but they seem to be rare. Sometimes it feels like a chore to delete a photo from a schedule set of posts, having to click the image, then delete. Also, mass updating a scheduled post would be great instead of going channel by channel.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help us solve managing our social channels. We can schedule weeks out with our assets and copy and make it a breeze to build out and execute on our GTMs. Takes a lot of work off my plate.

 ### 31. Easy-to-Use Interface with Great All-in-One Analytics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I think the interface is quite easy to use. Additionally, the analytics are great and it's easier to be able to look through all of my analytics in one place, rather than going in between platforms.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't like how there are certain posts that you can't make on hootsuite. For example, it'd be great if you could post Linkedin carousels through hootsuite as right now you can't. Additionally, adding a location on instagram is a bit finnicky and hard to do. Certain platforms need a bit more work (can't add tiktok image carousels, etc.)

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the time problem of spending time going between platforms to schedule things. this helps with productivity and consistency as well, as if you need to change the date something is being posted, it's easy to do so straight from the platform. It leaves less room for error.

 ### 32. Effortless Social Media Management for Freelancers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viktorija J. | Marketing And Business Development Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I am a freelancer and I use Hootsuite for managing my socials. It helps me post regular content and track analytics from my most popular posts. I love how friendly it is to use, I can find the buttons I need easily and I can look at the calendar view to see all my posts all at once. I can see posts across all three platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The initial setup was very easy, as all the apps connected without any issues.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes on LinkedIn, the tagging does not work when I look at the published post. It would be good if it actually tags the person. Also, I wish I could add thumbnails for videos directly in the app.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me post regular content and track analytics from my most popular posts.

 ### 33. Convenient Multi-Platform Posting with a Unified Social Inbox and insightful reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The convenience of being able to post to multiple platforms and social media accounts from one place is a big plus. I also like having a single inbox that brings together messages from all my social media platforms.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes messages fail to publish without much explanation. Other times, I’ll get an email saying a post failed to publish, but when I check the social media account, it actually did publish.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to spend a lot of time logging in to each social media platform just to post content and respond to comments and messages. Now, it saves me so much time to be able to manage everything from Hootsuite in one place. I also like that I can view helpful reports across all platforms directly in Hootsuite.

 ### 34. Efficient Social Media Management with Some Cost Concerns

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anuj k. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like how easy Hootsuite makes managing multiple social media accounts from one dashboard. The post scheduling feature saves a lot of time, and the analytics help track performance and engagement effectively. The interface is simple to use, which makes daily social media management much more organized and efficient. It was quite easy to set up at first.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The platform can sometimes feel a bit slow when managing many accounts at once, and the pricing is on the higher side for smaller teams. I'd also like to see more advanced analytics and smoother integration with newer social media features.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me schedule posts, manage multiple social accounts in one place, and track engagement efficiently. The simple interface makes daily social media management much more organized and efficient.

 ### 35. Effortless Social Media Management with Powerful Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siobhan Y. | Director Of Communications

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I appreciate Hootsuite because it saves me time by allowing me to create one post for multiple social sites. I really like the reporting available, and I love comparing month over month results that are easy to understand for our board of directors. After getting Hootsuite Certified, the program became so easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish I was able to tag people and businesses more easily or add in links in the comment instead of in the post. It was actually a huge learning curve many years ago. Getting Hootsuite Certified took a lot of time but once it was done the program was so easy to use.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite saves me time by allowing me to create one post for multiple social sites. I love the easy-to-understand reporting for comparing month-over-month results.

 ### 36. Powerful Cross-Brand Scheduling, Analytics, and Social Previews

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The scheduling capabilities cross-brand and analytics tools are really great. You can also see the different platforms and it is going on along with previews of how it would look on social media. Listening tools also are incredibly effective. We have monthly meetings with our Hootsuite representatives and the support from them is also really great.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Pricing and integrations of things are a lot to add on. Have worked with other scheduling platforms that include free link in bio landing pages for different brands and this one costed more than any other platform we have used.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having problems with the analytics and performance across our brands and Hootsuite is giving accurate data to our teams. It has benefited us to include the AI capabilities for our future planning as well.

 ### 37. Easy-to-Use Scheduling with Flexible Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** CeCelia L. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that you can customize your scheduling for each platform. Hootsuite is easy to use and navigate. I am happy with using it as my scheduling tool.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I have not experienced any dislikes about Hootsuite so far. It has been a solid platform for social media scheduling and is simple to use. I was able to pick up on the platform very easily.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me to be able to schedule my posts instead of having to post each of them seperately on different platforms. It makes a world of a difference in my day to day work load and responsibilites.

 ### 38. Effortless Social Scheduling with Easy Media and Platform-Specific Formatting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike K. | Host of the Hoop Heads Podcast, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The ease of being able to schedule all my social media posts in advance. Hootsuite makes it easy to add media and make my posts the correct length for every platform.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The one thing I wish it was easier to do is copy and paste similar posts on different days. You have to do it one at a time instead of bein g able to schedule all at once.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite saves me so much time every week by allowing me to schedule posts in advance. This helps me to reach my audiences on social media and share information about what we're doing.

 ### 39. Effective for Social Management, Needs Mobile App Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like Hootsuite's calendar layout as it is beneficial for managing content. The UI is very easy to use, making it simple to onboard new people, and the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The mobile app is very buggy and lacking in features so using Hootsuite on the go is very limited. There are also unusual quirks of not being able to edit, approve, or reschedule posts within 15 minutes of their scheduled time. The options for ensuring video formats are properly cropped are very clunky and not usable. Cropping photos is also clunky but manageable. Adding social accounts to new members is a very tedious process, as it must be done one by one, and altering permissions is the same.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps solve the approval process for content to meet brand standards and sends monthly reports to all locations.

 ### 40. Great for Scheduling and Cross Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke L. | Senior Client Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Good UX for scheduling, good analytics data (still lacking in some areas like social listening, but better compared to alternatives). Platform support across X, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

platform is pricer than other products but this is expected out of a premium product. The product is also more advanced so in an agency setting, it works well but when onboarding clients or used in an in-house setting, there is a bit of a learning curve

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest thing is scheduling and cross-team enablement. Other platforms, like Later are hard to navigate between internal and external teams. Analytics is also better vs other platforms.

 ### 41. Unified Social Management, Needs Better Pricing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** HTC Marketing 2. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really appreciate Hootsuite's scheduling feature, which saves me a lot of time instead of toggling between accounts. It's useful since our company owns multiple parks and we have many accounts to manage. I also like the AI feature, which helps me write captions, and the analytics that provide real-time data performance for all park accounts. Hootsuite makes viewing all accounts at once possible, allowing us to see which park performs best. The initial setup of Hootsuite was very easy, making the transition from SocialPilot smooth. It's also more effective and efficient, having exactly what we needed.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Could be more affordable

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite saved me so much time by allowing me to view all accounts at once, helping with captions, and providing real-time data performance for our park accounts.

 ### 42. Saves Time with Easy Reporting and Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick M. | Founder and CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite to create analytics reports and it solves the problem of time by saving a lot of it for me, especially in reporting and analytics. The calendar feature is also easy to use - there is both a traditional "calendar" view as well as a list view. I like that the user interface is very easy to use. The initial setup was very easy too; all you have to do is connect your account through a quick integration. Hootsuite is my main social media scheduling tool and if you have the budget for it, I would definitely rate it a 10 as it's my number one tool.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite is expensive, so you need to make sure that you can afford it.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite saves me a lot of time by automating reporting, analytics, and scheduling.

 ### 43. Great System

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like how easy it is to use, from connecting to social platforms, posting daily, to understanding the analytics. I like the interface as it is user-friendly and everything is easy to find/clearly labelled.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish the social score were specific about what areas you could improve upon. I also wish the reports were a little user-friendly or maybe easier to read? I find the comparisons difficult to understand sometimes, and I wish they were slightly more editable and maybe could add company branding to the reports.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am one person in this department, and it helps me streamline the process of posting daily and provide reports to upper management on our brand awareness, reach and other analytics. It helps me stay organised with my other tasks, and it helps to be able to look back at old posts.

 ### 44. Interactive UI and Seamless Scheduling with Hootsuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | Twitch Streamer/Blogger, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite for everything from scheduling posts weekly to big reveals. The UI is so interactive, making it a great way to schedule many posts at once. The initial setup was exceptionally easy.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The spreadsheet to post uploader! I'd love to be able to generate a spreadsheet of posts and upload it to tackle everything for a week at once! This would seriously up my weekly output.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule weekly posts and manage everything from expansion to client management. The customer support is fantastic, and it was incredibly easy to integrate with my existing social media network.

 ### 45. Easy to Navigate and Performs Well for Our Current Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite is easy to navigate without a lot of training. With my experience so far, it has performed well and conformed to our current needs. I haven't needed a lot of onboarding support throughout the process.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It is missing some features with which I became familiar in a competitive product. I would like to be able to post the first comment when I schedule a post, as LinkedIn has gone to an algorithm that depresses posts with a link.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite is the solution my company has chosen. At the local level, we’ve been using HubSpot for years, while our global operations have been using Hootsuite. This setup gives us the opportunity to integrate across our many locations and learn from resources and best practices already in use elsewhere in the company.

 ### 46. Powerful Scheduling with Minor Glitches

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I mostly use Hootsuite to schedule my posts for all my social media accounts. I love that I can see the calendar clearly, so I don't have to guess the timings, and I can schedule posts easily at the best times. I like the new AI components that let me adjust the tone or length of posts or fix grammar. It's great that I can easily see which posts are working and re-schedule them for a later time. If I have last-minute doubts, I can always check with the AI to see if there are grammar issues or make it shorter if it's too long.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One thing that's been bothering me is that if I drag and drop posts in Firefox they disappear until I reload the page again. It wasn't easy, the learning curve was quite steep and I feel I am still not mastering some important features, but I believe I will get there.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule posts across social media without guessing timings. The calendar view helps and AI components adjust tone, shorten, or fix grammar, boosting post effectiveness.

 ### 47. Easy Multi-Platform Social Management with a User-Friendly UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wright F. | Director of Digital Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The ease of managing our socials across multiple platforms from a single location. Hootsuite makes it very easy to manage our different channels with a very user friendly UI.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I struggle to find something I dislike. So I guess I wish the Analytics weren't an ad on. The social monitoring isn't quite as robust as I would like, but these are quite honestly minor nitpicks.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large number of social channels to manage and doing everything natively is a monstrous pain for us. Hootsuite saves staff time by allowing us to manage it from a single location.

 ### 48. Centralized Social Media Management with Hootsuite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmad Z. | Warehouse Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I appreciate using Hootsuite to manage multiple social media accounts from one place without having to open each app separately. The centralized dashboard is like a control center for all my social media accounts, making it much easier to handle them. Also, the scheduling system is a major feature for me—I use it to write posts, set dates and times, and have them publish automatically. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which is always a plus.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I find it expensive and feel that the mobile app has limitations which should be enhanced.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to manage multiple social media accounts from one place, thanks to its centralized dashboard and scheduling system. It helps me control all my social media activities and schedule posts efficiently.

 ### 49. Intuitive Social Media Management with Few Glitches

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raquel T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love how Hootsuite centralizes my scheduling, making social media management so much easier. It's user-friendly, intuitive, and simple to use, which is great. I appreciate the draft option and the duplicate feature, and the layout of the calendar is really helpful as it allows me to be flexible with my scheduling when last minute changes pop up. The initial setup was super easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The way that the drag and drop feature works in the calendar could be improved - sometimes it glitches and does not allow me to insert my post in the exact time I need. I then need to manually input the time, so that's annoying.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite centralizes my scheduling, making social media management smoother with its user-friendly, intuitive interface. The draft and duplicate features, along with the flexible calendar layout, ease last-minute changes.

 ### 50. Easy Social Scheduling with Insightful Analytics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maddie S. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite is great for scheduling content on a variety of social media platforms. It has some nice built-in features like link shortening and analytics reporting.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There are some quirks about the platform. For example, I can't make a custom shortened link for different platforms in the same window. I have to do it separately, which ends up defeating the purpose of having an efficient, one-window process for multiple platforms. Occasionally a post won't go through as well due to API issues. Additionally, the cost can be pricey compared to some other platforms on the market.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary reason we use Hootsuite is for pre-scheduling content. However, its other features are helpful as well such as insights, analytics, and social listening. Pre-scheduling allows us to prepare content in advance for multiple platforms and have them send on the days and times we want regardless of whether someone is working or not.
