
Honeysales helped us move away from spray-and-pray outreach to something much more focused. The platform picks up highly relevant buying signals - things like recent funding, leadership hires, or tech changes - and uses that to surface companies that are much more likely to engage. The quality of these signals is one of the main reasons we stuck with the tool.
We also like that the outreach process is almost fully automated. Once set up, it handles prospect discovery, contact enrichment, message generation, and multichannel outreach. This really reduces the need for manual research and repetitive work. The result is that we’re now getting into conversations with better-fit leads and spending more time selling. The product has a bit of a learning curve. It took us some time to fine-tune the ICP filters and messaging flows, and in the early days, we had a few leads that felt a bit off. To be fair, once we adjusted the setup with the support team, it improved quickly.
