What do you like best about Hona?

Hona has transformed the way we communicate with clients—it’s streamlined, clear, and professional. What I appreciate most is the visibility it gives our clients into their case progress. The built-in messaging, milestone tracking, and document sharing features eliminate the constant back-and-forth and reduce status inquiry calls. What do you dislike about Hona?

What do you like best about Hona?

In theory communicating with clients via text is more immediate than thru email. However the software sends out text messages based on a status change in MyCase (case management) so newly onboarded clients get bombarded with irrelevant and untimely messages, resulting in more calls. What do you dislike about Hona?

Hona auto renews contracts on an annual basis without opportunity to opt out. This type of business practice is a non-starter for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hona?

Hona is intuitive, customizable, and very helpful. It's allowed us to improve and automate client communication. It was easy to implement, and our onboarding specialist made the process smooth and delightful. We are using it daily. It integrates very smoothly with our practice management software. What do you like best about Hona?

Hona helps us stay on top of updating our clients and sending them automated reminders about their case. We've had very few (if any) complaints from clients about not hearing from us since introducing Hona to our case management process! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hona?

Seems they are still working out some kinks such as disabling drip notifications for clients that we drop in our CRM system - the platform sent a drip notification to a dropped client a week after she was dropped, which was a bit embarassing. What do you like best about Hona?

For our small firm, it saves us a lot of time by automatically updating our clients. It was easy for our firm to start implenting our system and for our clients to start using. We use Hona daily to text message with our clients and find out how their treatment is going. Hona's customer support representatives are always an e-mail or phone call away.
