**What do you like best about Hona?**

Hona has transformed the way we communicate with clients—it’s streamlined, clear, and professional. What I appreciate most is the visibility it gives our clients into their case progress. The built-in messaging, milestone tracking, and document sharing features eliminate the constant back-and-forth and reduce status inquiry calls. It keeps everyone aligned and empowered, and clients often compliment how easy it is to use.

**What do you dislike about Hona?**

Honestly, nothing at this time. It’s been a seamless tool for both our team and our clients, and any minor issues have been quickly addressed by their support team.

**What problems is Hona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hona has significantly reduced the volume of client status calls and emails by giving clients real-time access to their case progress. It’s helped us improve transparency, boost client satisfaction, and free up internal bandwidth—especially for our case managers and intake team. It also supports our firm’s review and testimonial process, reinforcing both trust and brand credibility.

**What do you like best about Hona?**

It makes it easy to send out mass texts and lets us know when messages are too long

**What do you dislike about Hona?**

You get notified for every text you get regardless of who it was for.

**What problems is Hona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Texting all 2600+ clients at once is a lot of work so being able to mass text is amazing.

**What do you like best about Hona?**

In theory communicating with clients via text is more immediate than thru email.  However the software sends out text messages based on a status change in MyCase (case management) so newly onboarded clients get bombarded with irrelevant and untimely messages, resulting in more calls.

**What do you dislike about Hona?**

Hona auto renews contracts on an annual basis without opportunity to opt out.  This type of business practice is a non-starter for me.

**What problems is Hona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In theory, automated text messages will stop the "what is the status of my case" emails.  In practice, the texts result in more calls rather than fewer.

**What do you like best about Hona?**

Hona is intuitive, customizable, and very helpful. It's allowed us to improve and automate client communication. It was easy to implement, and our onboarding specialist made the process smooth and delightful. We are using it daily. It integrates very smoothly with our practice management software. Also, we have a dedicated customer success manager who provides training and support on an ongoing basis.

**What do you dislike about Hona?**

Nothing! We haven't found any downsides yet.

**What problems is Hona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our current practice management software lacks client communication tools. We were struggling to notify and remind clients about events, and people were constantly calling with questions about when their next meeting or court date would be. Hona has allowed us to do all these things easily and in an automated, customizable, user-friendly way.

**What do you like best about Hona?**

Hona helps us stay on top of updating our clients and sending them automated reminders about their case. We've had very few (if any) complaints from clients about not hearing from us since introducing Hona to our case management process!

**What do you dislike about Hona?**

Seems they are still working out some kinks such as disabling drip notifications for clients that we drop in our CRM system - the platform sent a drip notification to a dropped client a week after she was dropped, which was a bit embarassing. However our account manager is super responsive and they seem to be on top of reported issues!

**What problems is Hona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Hona in our case management process, we had a hard time keeping up with updating some clients that needed a bit more attention (even if there was no real "update" to give them). Hona allows us to send them case status changes, FAQs, drip notifications, etc. that helps clients feel kept in the loop every step of the way, without any manual work on our end!

**What do you like best about Hona?**

For our small firm, it saves us a lot of time by automatically updating our clients. It was easy for our firm to start implenting our system and for our clients to start using. We use Hona daily to text message with our clients and find out how their treatment is going.  Hona's customer support representatives are always an e-mail or phone call away.

**What do you dislike about Hona?**

Images do not display on the Hona Sidebar.

**What problems is Hona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hona saves us time by not having to reach out to each individualy client manually, Hona automatically sends out client a text message about their case status. In addition Hona's platform answers a lot of clients answers by the FAQ's.

The ease of use, the customer support, internal consultant.  I use this app daily

I wish I could attach photos or videos to the mass text and emails that I send out.

Frequent communications with clients.  They seem to respond quicker with the text feature
