I use Hint Health as the backbone of our Direct Primary Care practice at Elevated Health, and I love it for its streamlined platform that manages memberships, billing, patient communication, and day-to-day operations. I appreciate how everything is built specifically for the Direct Primary Care model, giving us a simple, all-in-one system. The automation of recurring memberships is a huge time-saver, ensuring consistent billing without manual oversight. I also really value the ability to easily track visit usage and the flexibility to customize membership tiers, set visit limits, and manage access. These features keep everything organized and predictable, making it intuitive and reliable, which helps our team stay efficient and consistent. Hint Health allows us to focus more on patient relationships by spending less time on administrative work, making our operations smoother for both our team and our patients. What do you dislike about Hint Health?

One area that could be improved is reporting and analytics. What do you like best about Hint Health?

I use Hint Health for Hint Core and Hint Clinical, and I find the interface simple, which makes member management and collecting memberships very easy. I love being part of an innovative community that's constantly making updates and advancing the cause of direct primary care. They support me in exactly the ways I need as a solo DPC startup. I feel listened to, and the developers really pay attention to community feedback, which makes me feel heard and empowered. What do you dislike about Hint Health?

What do you like best about Hint Health?

As a brand new user of Hint Health, I'm really impressed with the support team; they've been phenomenal with follow-ups and I've never waited more than 24 hours for a response, often it's even less than 12 hours. The community partnership is great too, especially with chain integrations and clinics offering their insights. I love using Hint Health for an all-in-one system that combines both billing and clinical features. The marketplace addition has been really successful for finding testing options like flu and COVID tests. Also, the ease of sending single invoices for patients is something I've liked. What do you like best about Hint Health?

I use Hint Health as an EMR for my direct primary care practice. I appreciate that it provides a unified platform that does everything I need it to do. What I like most is the community built around it, which is supportive and inspiring. The customer service is excellent and quick to respond. As a new physician in DPC, Hint Health opened the door to mentorship and collegiality that would have otherwise been very hard to come by on my own. What do you like best about Hint Health?

I use Hint Health as both our medical record and billing management software, which is basically the core of our business. It helps ensure I can take care of patients and that our business runs smoothly. I love how it makes billing super easy on a monthly basis, especially since most medical records aren't set up for membership billing. My favorite thing is working directly with the team at Hint Health because they're invested in my success, just as much as I am. They listen to feedback and adapt the product over time to meet changing needs. Specifically, I like that AI can take my notes and adapt them to my template preferences. The search feature in the notes is very valuable, allowing me to find things quickly when I need to look back. For the most part, Hint Health works really well on the mobile app as well. We switched from DrChrono and would never switch back. We love Hint. The initial setup was easy, and for the parts that were difficult, they walked us through it every step of the way. Overall, it integrates well with PractOS, doing a good job of getting all patients automatically into the system and minimizing turnover. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hint Health?

I find that the session refresh time is shorter than it should be. I often will close the lid on my computer to move to another room and find that I get refreshed out of Hint Clinical into Hint Core. Also, I think the AI is a little bit behind when compared to the AI used on open evidence for example, at note-taking. The integration with PractOS isn't as strong as I would like it to be. I really wish that the text messages we receive from patients in PractOS would flow back into the Hint communication. That said, whenever I bring up bugs in the system or things that I struggle with, the Hint team finds ways to modify the software over the course of weeks to months, and all of my major concerns have been addressed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
