**What do you like best about HelpGent?**

Asynchronous and synchronous communication tools such as videos, screen casts, and text based chat enable HelpGent to deliver more holistic and individualized customer service at the request of consumers.

**What do you dislike about HelpGent?**

Often support agents are unable to look through past conversations or reply to messages if they do not have internet connection.  This can be quite burdensome particularly when dealing with a prompt clients’ requests or when working from a distance.

**What problems is HelpGent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real time chat support is helpful but it has its drawbacks and HelpGent is a system that provides the option of asynchronous communication.  Customers can type in questions and get answers on their own schedule, and agents can handle multiple messages at once.
