**What do you like best about FeatureOS?**

I have liked very much the Customer Care experience. All questions are processed at no time, even some developments executed in a matter of days. You can really feel that the team is listening and looking to make their product better.

**What do you dislike about FeatureOS?**

I am not sure I have found anything I dislike particularly. It's a great product.

**What problems is FeatureOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides a better view about what matters to our customers in terms of features and prioritization

**What do you like best about FeatureOS?**

featureOS (aka hellonext) is super easy to use for us and for our customers.  It's intuitive and they are always adding new features and improving the functionality of it.  The Customer Support team is great and they care about their own users feedback and improving the tool.  We use it daily and it's one of the tools I would not want to go without.  It's integrated with ClickUp, which is nice and getting it implemented into our team has been very easy.

**What do you dislike about FeatureOS?**

Not much to dislike.  I will like it more once they add the new AI improvements that will help us manage similar request from multiple users.

**What problems is FeatureOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

featureOS helps us collect suggestions for new features and product improvements from our customers and it allows other users to vote on it so that we can better guage the value of the suggestion.

**What do you like best about FeatureOS?**

I've explored and tried demos of many Feedback Management SaaS, but futureOS is the only tool that's cost-effective, user-friendly, and has all the features possible

**What do you dislike about FeatureOS?**

There is nothing particularly inconvenient. Requests for feature improvement and bugs are corrected very quickly.

**What problems is FeatureOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In addition to collecting various customer requests, it automatically enables deeper communication with customers when requests are resolved.

**What do you like best about FeatureOS?**

Customer support, it's one of my primary reasons to use hellonext. They stand off what their product offers when I or any of my team members request for a feature and if it's supported by few other customers as well then I can be sure that it'll be added to the upcoming changelog.

**What do you dislike about FeatureOS?**

Nothing much that I'm aware of that I dislike about the product or the team at this moment.

**What problems is FeatureOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prioritizing our next big thing was always a challenge for us. Building small features for our products wasn't much of a pain. But when we think about building something new, as it needs a lot of time and energy we would like to validate it with our customers prior to jump and create it. With Hellonext it was pretty easier to understand what our customers really want and only build that. There by increasing our revenue and keeping the operation cost low.

**What do you like best about FeatureOS?**

This app has been exactly what we need to organize our development goals and document changes.  While we have not yet had as many clients directly submit feature suggestions and bugs, it's great for communicating these changes as we complete them.  I also like that that HelloNext team is responsive to feature suggestions and bug fixes.  It's also very nice to be able to whitelabel everything and to use our own subdomain to access the app.  The fact that Hellonext integrates with Intercom was also a big selling point for us.

**What do you dislike about FeatureOS?**

There's not really much to dislike.  Hellonext is sometimes lagging behind some of its competitors when it comes to features but the pricing seems fair.

**Recommendations to others considering FeatureOS:**

Give the free trial a try before you commit, but I think you'll be happy.

**What problems is FeatureOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I already addressed this in my response to the previous questions.
