The system is extremely basic and the interface feels incredibly outdated. A number of higher-level functions can only be handled by Heartland team members, which is frustrating when you need something done quickly. When you call in, you’re routed to an off-shore call center that, in my experience, is rarely helpful. For legitimate help, I usually have to email them, and I typically get a response within about 24 hours. Reports are also incredibly slow to run—think year-2000 payroll platforms—and that’s the experience I’ve had with Heartland. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
