Could sometimes require additional time and sligtly slower go-live. **What problems is HDL Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** We made a major e-commerce change a few years ago and were looking for a partner who could help us build a platform that both reflected our brand DNA and was equipped for the future. It was important to us that the solution would be fast, internationally viable and not feel "mainstream". HDL has largely met our expectations. The platform works well for our international venture and has given us a stable foundation to grow on. Although there are always things that can be developed further, we feel that HDL v3 is a solution that is both right for us, stable and fast ### 2. All systems can be developed and optimized from a technical standpoint, but what becomes the competitive factor for us in a partnership is communication & support because the e-commerce platform is our everyday working tool. Being able to easily use a wide range of functions on daily bases and quickly communicate with the development team, stay involved in the process, and have the flexibility to rapidly develop and deploy new features based on our needs are our key elements to a successful collaboration. Here, the HDL team has truly delivered and exceeded our expectations. The integration to our ERP system and other third party systems is very simple and easy to understand and the implementation process was an overall success. Even though presented with many different challenges from us, HDL team was able to quicly adapt to needs and changes from our ERP system provider and didn't have any issues with changing the integration when needed in order for the system to work in the best and effective way possible for us as a client. **What do you dislike about HDL Commerce?** When we switched from a leading e-commerce platform provider like Magento & Pimcore, our expectations were very high. The only thing we felt was missing in the transition to HDL was the breadth of functionality and solutions within the admin panel and Pim. As a newcomer in the market, it's understandable that not every little detail is fully developed, and the system is constantly evolving, which we were aware of when we started the collaboration. We can see that HDL continuously optimizes functionality in Pim, in the reporting tool, in the handling of discount codes, etc., based on our needs and feedback. **What problems is HDL Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** HDL helps us optimize our e-commerce and checkout to increase conversion rates, which has a positive impact on both our revenue and customer loyalty. In addition, HDL continuously refines and develops the functionality for administrators, which streamlines our working processes. ### 3. We started off on the hunt for an e-commerce platform that could fulfill our needs, both B2C and B2B. And HDL definitely has. On the B2C side, we have a site with great performance, global delivery, and global payments that truly reflect our brand. Concerning B2B, we had a lot of special requests concerning decoration possibilities (embroidery/transfer), full ERP integration for invoices, orders, shipments, pricing in multiple currencies, special pricing on items for specific customers, etc. HDL has been able to fulfill all of our needs here and more. We're very happy with our collaboration and will continue pushing boundaries to build great e-commerce experiences. **What do you dislike about HDL Commerce?** Complex projects can sometimes be underestimated. This was the case in our first implementation project. High end performance with flexible solutions that fits not just our current needs but also future intentions. **What do you dislike about HDL Commerce?** If i really need to put something down here, then it would be the PIM. External PIM systems have years and years of development done already but HDL is only a few months away from catching up with their brand new launch. What I have seen so far this update of their PIM will catch up and pass many of their competitors. Waiting for launch and hoping it will be amazing! **What problems is HDL Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** We went from Magento to HDL Commerce. They successfully intergrate to all of our systems, and if we ever need new functionality - the devs listen and publish the function in record time! They have solid customer support, usually answering questions within 1 hour. **What do you dislike about HDL Commerce?** Since it's a new platform you might find less features compared to competitors that has existed for 20 years. But as i've said in the Pros section the devs are agile and constantly improve the platform. **What problems is HDL Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** We migrated from an old Magento site to HDL Commerce. This means that we no longer have a legacy platform that constantly breaks when devs publish new code. Our websites running HDL Commerce are fast and flexible. ### 8.
