HDL Commerce Pricing Overview

One of the main reasons we chose to collaborate with HDL when we moved our e-commerce to a completely new platform was their flexibility and availability. All systems can be developed and optimized from a technical standpoint, but what becomes the competitive factor for us in a partnership is communication & support because the e-commerce platform is our everyday working tool. Being able to easily use a wide range of functions on daily bases and quickly communicate with the development team, stay involved in the process, and have the flexibility to rapidly develop and deploy new features based on our needs are our key elements to a successful collaboration. Here, the HDL team has truly delivered and exceeded our expectations.

The integration to our ERP system and other third party systems is very simple and easy to understand and the implementation process was an overall success. Even though presented with many different challenges from us, HDL team was able to quicly adapt to needs and changes from our ERP system provider and didn't have any issues with changing the integration when needed in order for the system to work in the best and effective way possible for us as a client. When we switched from a leading e-commerce platform provider like Magento & Pimcore, our expectations were very high. The only thing we felt was missing in the transition to HDL was the breadth of functionality and solutions within the admin panel and Pim. As a newcomer in the market, it's understandable that not every little detail is fully developed, and the system is constantly evolving, which we were aware of when we started the collaboration. We can see that HDL continuously optimizes functionality in Pim, in the reporting tool, in the handling of discount codes, etc., based on our needs and feedback. Flexibility! We started off on the hunt for an e-commerce platform that could fulfill our needs, both B2C and B2B. And HDL definitely has. On the B2C side, we have a site with great performance, global delivery, and global payments that truly reflect our brand. Concerning B2B, we had a lot of special requests concerning decoration possibilities (embroidery/transfer), full ERP integration for invoices, orders, shipments, pricing in multiple currencies, special pricing on items for specific customers, etc. HDL has been able to fulfill all of our needs here and more.
