"Great new tool to management our handoff processes using AI"
What do you like best about handoffs.com?

Handoffs makes it easy for us to create a better customer experience by mapping out the workflows for all our handoffs throughout the entire customer journey from sales rep handoff to CSM, to onboarding graduation, to even exec escalations and more. On top of that, Handoffs saves our team a huge amount of time by using AI to summarize meeting transcripts, emails, Salesforce CRM data, etc, all into a 1-page summary template. What do you dislike about handoffs.com?

Additional automated triggers would be helpful but the team said that was coming in May so happy to see them listening to customers and building new features! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about handoffs.com?

Fills a large gap for us about how to handoff accounts and keeping track of our large customer base. As contacts change at accounts this tool has helped a ton. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish they would build faster. There integrations are great but I would like to have even more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
