GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo is honestly super easy to use, especially for automation and enrichment processes. The drag-and-drop functionality is very visual, which makes it simpler for less technical team members, and significantly easier than tools like Clay. Their AI-powered solutions enhance mappings and sequences, which connect seamlessly with multiple providers. The team's ability to build out functionalities, particularly those with native connectors for our specific needs, has been a major win. Having GTM Workspace replace Clay as a data broker is great, as it consolidates information without having to search across multiple sources. The speed and involvement of the sales team have been extremely helpful, and they've been particularly supportive in our builds. Additionally, the initial setup was no hassle at all, practically requiring no setup time due to its intuitive design and the helpful support team. Overall, I feel GTM Workspace has a better database as a data broker, and its known credibility adds value compared to basic web searches. I'm highly likely to recommend it due to its ease of use and simple AI integration. Also, the price is extremely reasonable, and they will give you a significant amount of discounts and a free trial. They gave us multiple seats to use when our testing period was up. They continued to allow us free usage, which was super awesome of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I definitely think their MCP and API endpoints could open up a little further so we could do more with their platform. They're one of the first ones in the space to give the functionality that they do and I give them credit for that. But with a lot of our stuff being run by an internal harness, having more options on their hosted MCP or our hosted MCP or even API endpoints to get into more functionality specifically in their tools would be great. I know it's something they're working on, but yeah. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
