**What do you like best about Presidio?**

They are very easy to work with and they can understand our companies needs.

**What do you dislike about Presidio?**

As of right now I have not found anything that I dislike about Presidio.

**Recommendations to others considering Presidio:**

They are able to meet whatever needs you have, even if they can not do it in house. They will get a 3rd party company to help, but Presidio is still deeply involved in all of the work that is happening and have complete ownership if something goes wrong.

**What problems is Presidio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are very short staffed as in I am the only person working in our ServiceNow environment. Presidio has brought in a team of people to assist me in configuring and setting up ServiceNow with AI, ITOM, SPM, and a few others.

**What do you like best about Presidio?**

Presidio was very responsive whenever I needed them. I felt like a valued customer and that they would drop whatever they had going on and take care of my needs.

**What do you dislike about Presidio?**

Presidio needed a lot of hand holding. I needed a team that could manage our Microsoft upgrade and new product rollout, including documentation and training. We needed a team that could take the work off our plate so we could deal with our day-to-day jobs. Presidio needed to be told exactly what to do, and how to do it. In the end, I felt like I did most of the work, including the documentation and training. This was something we should have just done on our own.

**Recommendations to others considering Presidio:**

Make sure whoever you're working with at Presidio has experience doing exactly what you need. I feel like they gave us B-C team consultants because of the relative ease of the task. We ended up with two consultants that didn't have much experience and felt like they were making it up as they went along. However, I'm sure that's just my experience. Other Presidio consultants are probably very good and knowledgeable.

**What problems is Presidio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing Microsoft Office upgrades and new products (Teams, Outlook, etc.)

**What do you like best about Presidio?**

Presidio has good technical engineers working for them. They are always helpful, knowledgable, easy to get along with and truely care about your project. They also work fast, usually completing project tasks before the timeline due date.

**What do you dislike about Presidio?**

At times their fixed price quotes can be pricey.  I believe this is because they want to deliver the "white glove" experience and also cover any unknowns within the project.

**What problems is Presidio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Presidio helped us install our SAN storage, virtual hardware and VMware software setup. Presidio is very good at providing the total solution, they specialize in providing a "white glove" experience. Their team is very knowledgable within their given speciality.  We had no issues with them getting work completed ontime. The technical engineers are very professional and care about your project. Presidio also provides project management as part of the package.  Their project managers are professinal, provide clean goals for both Presidio and my organization with a timeline that is approved by me. Presidio provides consulting terms by Time and Material as well as fixed price.

**What do you like best about Presidio?**

They brought a good solution to a long standing issue we had regarding file access and mitigating the risk of cryptolocker threats.  Initially very responsive and seemed like a good company to help supplement out IT staff's gaps in knowledge.  Also had a wide footprint so they could potentially support us in all our office locations.

**What do you dislike about Presidio?**

Account manager turn over (in our case) was too high.  They took to long to resolve what should have been a simple issue.  After out initial account manager left, we basically heard nothing from them again.  Getting a hold of someone after the initial account manager left was kind of a nightmare.

**Recommendations to others considering Presidio:**

If you are in or near a major metropolis, I think Presidio would be a good group to partner with.  We are "in the boonies" so I don't think there was much incentive  for them to build a relationship with our company as it took too much time/effort for them traveling and such.  They did seem more expensive than other consulting groups we had used and investigated.  We initially thought that was due to a higher level of expertise, but experience did not bear that out.

**What problems is Presidio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a company to outsource some higher level issues with and act as a consulting firm to augment our in-house staff,   We had some Cisco UC issues we asked them to work on and they brought some software to the table.  The Cisco UC issue took way to long for them to resolve given the way they positioned their abilities in initial conversations.  The software they brought to the table was a good solution and we were happy with that part of the relationship.  We were, however, looking for more of a partnership which never really developed.  We initially had a good Account rep but when he left, so did the relationship.  Kind of sad really.
