**What do you like best about Gridaly?**

Gridaly is a very intuitive and user-friendly tool, which makes it easy to start working with it almost immediately — without a complicated onboarding process. The implementation is smooth and doesn’t require much time, which is especially important in the fast-paced event environment.
It significantly improves communication and organization by keeping all event-related information in one place. This reduces chaos and the need to switch between multiple tools.
I also appreciate the responsiveness and quality of customer support — the team is helpful and open to feedback. The platform offers a solid set of features that cover the real needs of event teams without being overly complex.
Overall, Gridaly strikes a very good balance between functionality and simplicity, and it integrates naturally into our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Gridaly?**

At the moment, I don’t see any major downsides.

**What problems is Gridaly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gridaly helps us centralize all communication, materials, and updates related to an event in one place. This improves efficiency, reduces misunderstandings, and makes collaboration with both internal teams and external partners much smoother.
Instead of relying on multiple tools or email threads, we can manage everything in a structured and transparent way, which saves time and improves overall execution quality.

**What do you like best about Gridaly?**

Gridaly provides a stable, user-friendly environment for managing hybrid events. We used it at WaysConf, hosting 1,600+ attendees and 60+ speakers across multiple stages, workshops, and online sessions. The platform handled registration, agenda management, and live streaming seamlessly. The interface is clear for both users and organizers, and customer support was responsive during setup and the event itself. We also appreciated the flexibility to customize branding and integrate the platform with our own workflows.

**What do you dislike about Gridaly?**

The web app could use a smoother agenda navigation and real-time updates during the conference — several attendees reported that personal schedules and session filtering occasionally lagged. The mobile experience, while functional, still lacks the UX polish we’d expect for a design-focused event. Integration options are somewhat limited, so extending the data (e.g., via API) required extra steps.

**What problems is Gridaly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gridaly centralizes every operational aspect of a large conference — from ticket sales to speaker scheduling, participant access, and post-event video distribution. This significantly reduced the number of tools our team needed to coordinate the WaysConf 2024 edition and improved attendee experience by providing one consistent digital touchpoint.

Keeping all the event-related things in one place for an eventual attendee, helps organizer by keeping all tools in one place (ticketing, payments, forms, information, transmission, networking) - no need for using 10 different platforms
