That it is one system for the whole QMS. **What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?** For Procedures that have many attachments, it is very time consuming to check out every single attachment and upload it again within the system itself. Somethimes it takes 1 hour to upload all attachments to Greenlight Guru. Another problem for new attachments is that the revision number starts from 0 and doesn't match the revision number of the General Procedure anymore. We need to check out several times to match it to the GP which is very time consuming. We stopped doing it because of time efficiency reasons. We are also not able to electronically sign off documents within the system nor adjusting documents in the system as well. We are basically doing double work. We review and sign off in our server, add it in our document control list and then upload it to greenlight guru with a viewable pdf. The review round in the change control workspace doesn't even make sense for the procedures or work instructions. We face also difficulties sometimes with people being not able to download editable versions even though they have the correct rights. **What problems is Greenlight Guru Quality Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well it is not solving it at all lately. It makes it more time consuming. For instance for change workspace, we are not able to create forms within this workspace, we sign off documents on the server and put it in Greenlight Guru, which is again leading to double work. The training workspace became worse lately. The training requirements are not working for us. If we publish a new revision of a GP, the training event is jeapordised. Also with training requirements, I creates a whole new training for the trainee. especially for enrollment training, it is creating to much trouble. When new GP is published, the training event gaves error, if we use training requirements it creates a new training and the trainee loses all his training data meaning that he or she needs to start from scrath, because the training includes many documents. The order of GP's in the training is hell. Even you click the GP's in the correct order it messes everything up. Leading to spending you at least half an hour to place all GP's in the correct order. For the latest trainings that I have initiated, even putting the documents in correct order didn't work because after activating the training it was still messing the document order up. In the past we were able to see clearly the progress of an enrollment training for a new employee, we could easily see how many procedurs she or he had marked as read. But currenlty it is not possible, we only see 100 percent after the trainee has submitted the training. This is really not efficient since we want to see how the training is progressing. No we don't have any clue and asking screenshots from new employees. Imagine doing it for even more people at a big scaled company. We are also not able to see the activity history of the trainees in order to see who is the latest person who has submitted the training and on which date. We need to go to the GP and then look to the current revision training and then look for which trainee has finished it at which date. This is also really time consuming, it was way more easier in the past. Also the quiz is not working for us since we are not using training requirements only training events, we cannot make use of the quiz option. It would be very helpfull to introduce that for training events as well. ### 2. It requires very little configuration setup to create a powerful eQMS that is both compliant and efficeient. Our company uses the entire platform in order to integrate ISO 13485 requirements and risk based thinking into all functions within the company. Greenlight Guru is a clean platform that makes onboariding of new employees simple. Thirty minutes of training allows them to find documents and records quickly. **What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?** My only dislike is that the Risk platform does not have an option for "detectability". Completing a Risk Project in Greenlight and then repeating it within an PFMEA is duplicative waste. But I feel personally risk management module need more work. Filtering feature would be really beneficial. I have no problem regarding UI/UX but many of my teams would like to have the more traditional folder structure. I know this is already in the roadmap, but probably more people would prefer to work on this setting. ROI can be a bit on the higher side, especially for pre-validation startups. GG is quite polished, but competitors are on the way. One problem for us is the user allocation is too small, both accounting full user and limited user. **What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?** Support/onboarding and integration felt really complete but I hope more support staff is allocated for the East Asia/ SEA region timezone. We looked at many systems but would have had to keep our design matrices and risk in excel. The design workspace is build to ISO 13485 and allows you to link your design items to relevant documents and related risk items. You can document design reviews in software and print a simple design file. Risk is built to ISO 14971 and doesn't trap you into just FMEA. It incorporates harmonized IMDRF terms for hazards and harms and includes various regulatory codes, which is great for regulatory reporting. You can review and lock your risk analysis in a way that makes it easy for risk to stay a living "document". You can view documents in app, which is surprisingly not a feature for many systems and a must have for me. Attributes and tags make it easy to organize and find documents. Change management is flexible and allows you to route multiple documents at a time. Training is great, I can automate SOP training so nothing gets missed. The quality events could be improved but are workable and you can link audits to CAPAs to risk to documents which is great. Admin has got to be the easiest of any out of the box software and the support is world class. If you want a super custom system, this probably isn't for you. If you need a quick and straightforward implementation and are happy with a system built for ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 take a look! We were mostly implemented in 3 months and fully implemented by 5 with everyone trained! Almost all of the users find it intuitive to join, train, and sign off on change and documents. Users that use it for quality events, design, risk, and admin were able to feel comfortable very quickly. **What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?** Quality events are inflexible but are at least built to include CAPA requirements for med dev. Analytics is limited, but still can provide some valuable data. It would be great if there was an easier way to get signatures from external users (like suppliers) without inviting them into you system, but it's not hard to work around. Biggest complaint is pricing. It may not be competitive for many teams. Audit readiness is much less of a headache; we can quickly see the exact status of our employees' training and find documents quickly (we've been praised in our most recent audits for this). The interface is simple to learn and the automation function allow one to tailor the system to their own procedures. The GG team guided us in the implementation of the different modules and helped in providing work instructions that could be tailored to comply with internal requirements. It is often the first application I open every morning. The validation packages are simple to integrate into our own QMS requirements and the module training videos made it easy for the employees to learn to use the system. **What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?** It would be very helpful if the system were available in other languages. It is elegantly presented, simple to use and very intuative. Also, the fact that Greenlight Guru has limited configuration makes it very easy to use - the important thing to remember is that YOU have to adapt YOUR practices to get the best out of Greenlight Guru. Greenlight Guru is very simple to implement, but users have to commit to using Greenlight Guru. Customer support and help with using Greenlight Guru is pretty amazing. Not much configuration and coded automations needed to setup and use. Aesthetically pleasing, nice built in analyitics. The University, feedback, and support systems are amazing...especially the instant Chat. **What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?** The pro of not much configuration and coded automations is also a bit of a con, wish there were some things you could configure on your own or set up in the background like poke-yoked document numbering or different Risk configurations. But really other than that can't complain about anything at all and really like the system....glad we went with GG! **What problems is Greenlight Guru Quality Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Obviously the compliance aspect of a med device QMS. Everything is built to suffice 13485 and not much thinking on our part to remember something in an investigation or change evaluation. All the info is built in and required to complete. While I appreciate it being tailored specifically for ISO 13485, it is also geared more towards OEM companies. It is very helpful that GG provides the SOPs, WIs and Forms to assist with the implementation and within the documents it has notes for when company specific details need to be added. Chat feature is extremely helpful and the Guru's are very quick to provide answers / work arounds for each organizational needs. **What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?** The only drawback that I have encountered is the ability to correct typographical / formatting changes without having to go through the full release process and iterate the version. Subversioning with limited approval process requirements for these types of changes would be helpful. **What problems is Greenlight Guru Quality Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating a complinat QMS. ### 43. This offer a simple traceability and control of the documentation. It is very easy for anyone to access the tool and it easy to manage. **What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?** Greenlight Guru would gain in completing their modules with a module for production and a module specifically done for design change (in addition to the availalbe document change). For example, the GG Risk Management workspace contains the list of IMDRF-identified hazards and harms with respective codes and also, related MedDRA, NCIt, and FDA codes providing complete harmonization to the regulatory database. **What do you dislike about Greenlight Guru Quality Management System?** GUI still needs improvement. The fact that Greenlight provides their customers a Validated system for their complaince documents is a huge bonus.
