In any given month, we find that 5–10% of our new supplier onboarding requests are for suppliers that already exist in Graphite Connect, which is very pleasing. The team is also very responsive to our needs, and they continue to add new features that enhance the product, including new partnerships and third-party integrations such as Descartes OCR for denied party screening and new bank and identity verification tools. As with any new software rollout, there’s a learning curve. That isn’t a specific downside to Graphite; I think any new product of this type would come with a similar adjustment period.
