I also appreciate the open item indicators, which help keep track of outstanding tasks. **What do you dislike about Graphite Connect?** It lacks UNSPC level product and services mapping that could be made a standard **What problems is Graphite Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Customer support element is very effective, The data gathering is very easy, onboarding to and verification is very efficient that takes away any dependency from onboarding and due diligence. As well, sometimes the user interface does not take you to the specific area to click "complete" or the task it needs to jump to. **What problems is Graphite Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Speediness in onboarding multiple vendors without having to manually review vendor profiles for completeness, accuracy and legitimacy. ### 3. It's also great because different departments of the company have access to it at the same, which clearly improve collaboration (we look at the same tool, the same page, and that's great!) **What do you dislike about Graphite Connect?** One thing that could definitely be improved is the flexibility of the platform - for example, we're using it for big contracts as well as very small ones and some of my points of contact don't always understand why they have to share so much information just to be onboarded for a small payment for example. Another thing that can go with the above would maybe to improve the automated communication because our vendors may easily miss it or not trust this tool - for example in France, Graphite isn't really known and this process is often for the vendors. **What problems is Graphite Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall I think it's great to have a tool centralizing everything. We all look at the same tool, the same page and it clearly improves collaboration both internally but also with our supplier. ### 4. We are now able to ask additional questions for compliance purposes, including workforce labor and data privacy questions. We also have an integration between GraphiteConnect and our ERP system, which helps eliminate human error data entry errors. **What do you dislike about Graphite Connect?** I feel the integration between GraphiteConnect and our ERP system can be improved. We occassionaly have integration sync issues, but the GC team has always been very quick to respond and troubleshoot any errors that come up. **What problems is Graphite Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** GraphiteConnect provides supplier tax and bank validations to ensure the information provided by the suppiler is accurate. They also run various checks on the supplier including wheter the company passes OFAC/Debarred lists. They have additional addons that can be implemented to evaluate suppliers risk level. ### 10.
