Considering so many people will view the videos on their phones, this is a pretty big gap in usability. I feel that if there was a model that would be able to recognize even hard Indian accents, it would greatly help in getting an even more accurate transcript. I'm able to listen in on meetings without being present in a Zoom chat, which is helpful when I don't have the bandwidth to join, but still want to keep an eye on how things are going. We have been using Grain to gather customer feedback, and it's been delightful to get those soundbites to share with the team; Grain makes it so simple to piece these highlight reels together. We've been exploring all the ways we can adopt Grain across different departments here at HQ, and although still in the early stages, it seems like it will be really helpful for sharing content across the board. **What do you dislike about Grain?** One of the features I really love is the talk-to-text functionality, but the transcription is often muddled. Honestly, this is an understandable hurdle, as I know this technology is far from perfect in general. Although I am able to upload videos manually on my own, many of my interviewees don't or won't use zoom. So the fact that I can't change my account settings without changing my zoom account is a bummer. To be fair, I used my junk email account to create a zoom account so that I could get a free trial - now after a less than stellar experience with customer support, I discovered I can't change that email address associated with the account.
