Great Video and Audio Research Repository with Playlists and Transcriptions
I like that I can store all of our research videos into specific playlists and that I can access them with the transcriptions quickly. I can search words within the transcription and then can highlight specific sections to make smaller video snippets.

Grain worked great for us for a while, but eventually become obsolete and frustrating
I wasn't looking for anything fancy, so to me, the most important thing is that Grain's transcription quality is good compared to the other tools I tested. It is surprisingly accurate in multiple languages.
