I appreciate being able to take calls on my phone without needing to set up forwarding. Very helpful for moving between sites and working in different areas. Now that we have an account manager, it been really easy to reach out about simple questions. The support has always been helpful and timely. Set up of call tree and dial plans is quick and easy to change as needed. What do you dislike about GoTo Connect? It can be difficult to get in touch with and communicate with customer support. Often takes several tries to troubleshoot issues. Most of our employees work from home, so GoTo is a great solution for easily managing many locations and different devices. GoTo also allows us to text from our main line, which has become much more convenient recently. Automated texting when we can't answer the phone is also nice.
