&lt;p&gt;A useful diligence test is to ask each partner to demonstrate how they reconcile source-system totals, handle failed mappings, and validate data after go-live. Those controls will usually reveal more about integration quality than the breadth of systems listed on a services page.&lt;/p&gt;
