to be able to duplicate some events, that is cool. The map is sometimes working well but not really updated well enough, for the restaurant, especially in Europe and Asia...

app manager or user are not working. The main function membership could be designed but applications dont follow the customisation.. so what is the point!

What do you like best about Glue Up?

Before using GlueUp, we had trialed a few other Association-type Software Services. GlueUp offered a more robust experience overall than the others. I appreciate their Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glue Up?

The automated emails are tough to navigate, there are far too many and they sometimes send at obscure times. For instance, depending on how many days there are in a month, the renewal notice for our monthly paying members can go out the day after they pay their renewal. What do you like best about Glue Up?

It can lag at times and the desktop version needs improvement. The lag often results in delays in our processes, even if they are for a few minutes. The updates are too often as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Glue Up?

GlueUP provided us with an amazing customer experience. When we were in the process of choosing a CRM the team was extremely friendly, helpful and available to provide answers to any questions. They also were transparent with the pricing, packaging and making honest recommendations for what suited our organizational needs as a small startup. This was meaningful because we were just learning about CRMs and they offered their expertise and were trustworthy throughout the process.

The CRM platform we got the event and membership package. We participated in the customer success orientations that were client-focused. They were accessible until we were able to use the platform independently.

As GlueUP grows they are making improvements and also seek client feedback regularly.

The platform is fairly easy to use once you use it consistently. They have created it to be more intuitive to use, which is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used to have 3 different systems for finance, customer success, and events. Glue-up has consolidated those into 1 easy to use platform. The system is very modern and looks great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it's a fun, interactive way to meet prospects, network with professionals from various industries, generate leads, and possibly conversions. It's the "new norma"l way to build meaningful partnerships, despite the lockdown. In 30 minutes, you can exchange business cards, all while sipping a cup of coffee. What do you dislike about Glue Up?

Since it's still in its beta phase, I can understand that there are some kinks in the system, such as:

1. Inconsistent duration of the waiting period

2. Depending on the scenario, 2-3 minutes might be too fast to strike a connection

3. Some people find it hard to jump into the system unless it's a desktop or laptop

4. The "time left" notification is too small
