While Glue Up is designed to be user-friendly, there is a slight learning curve, especially for those unfamiliar with similar software, but they have good educational resources and regular webinars so it’s easy to pick up.

Glue Up has been an integral part of our association's member management and function. We love that it combines Member Management, Event's Management, and Electronic Marketing, on a single platform. We also love how Glue  Up is constantly seeking to improve/upgrade itself and products, whether it is user experience, new functions, or feedback on backend CRM. There's always trainings available on the new rolled-out functions, and their team is always available when you need them.

All has been good so far, and they are always open to hearing our feedback to improve.

**What problems is Glue Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to get a company to build a customise Mobile App for our member and events management, but it was full of bugs, which made many members very frustrated and upset. Ever since we switched to Glue Up, our members have enjoyed the new system more, with almost no complains about it. Engagement with our members have also increased with the use of the Glue Up system. Glue Up has many of the features (and more) which we had to customised for our previous mobile app, thus using it was breeze.

Customer support is very responsive and they resolve all our questions promptly. Highly recommended.

The interface is very user-friendly, and the capabilities on offer are extensive and relevant. The simplicity of the design and the functionality make this platform stand out.
The staff are also accommodating and are quick to assist us if needed.

The bank of information available with tutorials on how to get the maximum out of Glue-Up is also helpful.

We use this platform for the majority of our business and are continuing to look at ways to integrate further

**What do you dislike about Glue Up?**

On rare occasions, the platform experiences some technical issues making us unable to access it. It would also benefit us to have full control over the invoice template. Currently, we cannot use this functionality due to legal requirements from Cambodia (as we must show the amount in a currency not yet accepted by Glue-Up) which is a shame.

**What problems is Glue Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By having all contact, event, registration, and campaign details in one place, we can streamline our efforts and maximise efficiency. Particulalry, the ability to group our contacts into various committees that can then be integrated into event pages is helpful. The event and registration pages themselves provide extensive flexibility while remaining entirely user friendly.

Glue Up solves multiple problems that are very typical to chambers and associations. It is rare to find all these functionalities in one single tool. From events and email campaigns to community building, our team can access all the functions in one place.

The platform has a lot of features, making it a little complex. Especially if a user is unfamiliar with software tools, they may find this overwhelming.

The best part is that we have a single CRM for all the processes, which makes it easy to streamline all the information. We don't have to upload our member information to a dozen other software for our workflows.

Glue up solved many problems in event management. In addition to creating custom registration forms, Glue Up's event registration system allows organisations to manage all the attendee data, including ticket sales, attendee lists, and waitlists.

We are a small chapter and Glue Up helped us a great deal in coordinating with our umbrella organization that also uses Glue Up to cross-manage our 50+ chapters. The user-friendly interface made it easy to navigate through crucial features like member tracking, event scheduling, and financial reporting. Additionally, we can assign different roles to our staff so that they can only see the data relevant to their duties.

We wish that the system can offer monthly billing options as it would be a preferred option for our cash flow.

The best part about the software is its website feature that helped us in ensuring that we keep up with our umbrella organization’s brand guidelines as an affiliate.

I like how it creates a web page for every event where I can include all information related to the event as possible. 

The downside is the system takes time to be ready, especially the mobile app, Thank you!

Especially, the Mobile app needs to be faster for registrations, etc, It can have many fields that can be optional, and sometimes putting the attendees' information during the event takes time. etc

I highly recommend Glue Up to all membership organizations worldwide. We have been able to manage our members, analyze performance, and process membership performance all through their Membership Management Suite in less time, and with greater flexibility. Furthermore, we have been very happy with the responsiveness and commitment to the results we have received from Glue Up.

I like how all features we need are offered in one platform and everything works seamlessly together - event management, membership management, marketing tools, finance tools and CRM. I also like that when I have a question or run to some issue I get a quick reply from the Customer Success Manager.

**What do you dislike about Glue Up?**

Nothing I particularly dislike, sometimes some small issues arise, but Glue Up is able to deal with those very quickly.

**What problems is Glue Up solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we used different expensive tools to manage individual tasks we needed to do - i.e. member outreach or creating event pages and inviting attendees. Now we can do everything from one place and have a full picture on who is part of our community and how engaged individual and corporate members are, so we can also prevent churn better.

I'm grateful to our customer manager and GlueUp's support team. They are always can help us to solve the issues ASAP we meet. This is much better than another platform.

Sometimes (especially after the upgrade), the Platform is unstable, so you can't access the website, or the speed is slow. But just as  I like them, they can solve this issue ASAP.

It helps us manage the events and members, especially on event tickets and attendees. It is powerful and productive. Also, it helps us manage the event promotion and finance section.

1. Consent that is shown in the application form could be more flexible. We hope we can upload our "consent" using our own sentences.
2. The system wasn't able to void the payment. And we need to reach out to void the payment

There is always some function that I was uncertain. 1. Upload the consent. That might not the perfect solution that we want. but we still able to show the consent in our application

Bulk emailing has its set of delivery hiccups just like any other mass mailer mode.

Gone are the days when we send emailers for communication. To showcase a professional setup with a presentable layout, Glue Up is the platform to go for. GlueUP provided us with an amazing customer experience. When we were in the process of choosing a CRM the team was extremely friendly, helpful and available to provide answers to any questions. They also were transparent with the pricing, packaging and making honest recommendations for what suited our organizational needs as a small startup. This was meaningful because we were just learning about CRMs and they offered their expertise and were trustworthy throughout the process. 

The CRM platform we got the event and membership package. We participated in the customer success orientations that were client-focused. They were accessible until we were able to use the platform independently.

Since it's still in its beta phase, I can understand that there are some kinks in the system, such as:

1.  Inconsistent duration of the waiting period

4. The "time left" notification is too small 
5. The interphase can still be improved as it looks a bit dated

The all-in-one integration of event management, member management, campaign management and website solution. This product has planned modules to track continuing professional development. Something our organisation plans to track in the next five years. The Glue Up price was good when compared to other solutions. Consideration of our organisations size was much appreciated. The key selling point for us has been the after sales support. We would have been lost without the personalised webinars, training and support that got us up and running.

The street address format for the event location does not fit Australasian address formats. Stripe payments are not broken down by individual payment. The Glue Up back office team have provided a work around solution. Add-on integration with Microsoft Teams, Vimeo Livestream and Dacast for monetisation of online content.

We moved from paper-based processing of memberships and conference registration to an online process with online payment options. Our membership required this. The response has been well received. Benefits also include secure access to member management for our admin team. Where one person did everything, we now have three people doing the same thing in multiple locations. It was a solution during the Covid-19 lockdown and has improved business continuity. It gives us the capacity to grow the organisation. Our online presence has significantly improved with the publication of our first event. We plan to build on this with the regular publication of newsletters, surveys, and Zoom presentations.

whether it's their campaigns module to send emails or CRM, the interface for the backend of the system is just really smooth that causes no headaches and don't overwhelm me for any task related to managing an event. I love their fast sign up process and subsequent onboarding process too, their customer service people are quite helpful. They really save me a lot of time, something you need when you are in the business of event management.

I think about their backend, some of the elements are not really needed. For instance, while creating an event, we are asked to fill out the "meta keywords" field, which now is no longer needed to do SEO for a page. Also, if they can improve the capabilities of their website/landing page designer, that would be awesome (coming from a guy who has designed tons of websites on Wix, Squarespace and Shopify)

I would like to say that GlueUp has finally enabled us to get our large base of members and stakeholders under control, structure our invoicing regime, schedule and distribute invitations to events and newsletter campaigns in a appetizing way but above all I have to state that GlueUp has allowed us to create a very professional external profile and come through to our memers and stakeholders as the professional organisation we are.

I really don't see any immediate downsides except for the fact that a large portion of our revenue is piped through Glueup and if Glueup were to go belly up then what happens.

The best about the platform is that you can really do most of the operations a professional association needs within the same space. Events, registrations, tickets, member renewal, special prices, coupons, emails, and the list goes on. The centralization of all the data also have been quite a point for us. The fact that we are able to see everything happening across the organization has provided us with the power to make decisions faster and provide solutions that work!

There is nothing really I can think of that Glue Up lacks at this time. Maybe as the industry develops, new ideas or new channels will unfold but the only thing at this I wish we would have found it earlier when starting the association. Engagement would have been much easier.

If you are not tied to any custom-build software or any some subscription to any association management software you must consider this platform. Our engagement has boosted thanks to utilizing the right tools and this has proven to be an almost now irreplaceable one.
