## Glow Reviews
 ### 1. Glow has transformed how we manage website admin and client support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darren R. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Glow?**

Having all day-to-day admin tasks in one central control panel makes everything so much easier to manage. It’s intuitive and saves our team a huge amount of time.

The integration with a customer helpdesk means we can streamline support without the usual back-and-forth. One of our favourite features is the one-click module updates – it’s a real time-saver and allows us to focus more on proactively supporting our clients, rather than getting bogged down in routine patches or maintenance.

It is really easy to implement on client sites too.

We have found the support for us to be great, and when we have faced challenges or requested features, they have been more than happy to support us with those.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

It's hard to find fault- the one thing I would love to see is integration with Harvest to pull over the hours used... which I haven't put in as a request yet... but I will do now :)

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It streamlines operations and saves time.

 ### 2. The system is simple but effective. There's nothing fluffy or convoluted about it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca M. | Design & Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Glow?**

I like that its simple but effective. The system does exactly what it should do making our lives as Webmasters easier. We still getting to grips with it but i can already see the benefits of it and my team is enjoying using it.

The support is second to none and really proactive. The Glow team are always on hand and their responses are fast.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

At the moment there is no way to bulk delete tickets. This would really save time!

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The System is providing an easy way to update and monitor our sites.

What we really are happy with is the reporting side of Glow. The reports are easy to generate and really attractive. Our Clients can read them and understand them easily and we can sell more management contracts this way.

The ticketing system is a brand new thing for us. I can't begin to say how excited I am to get these support requests out of my inbox!

 ### 3. Fantastic tool that's a real game changer for our business and, I'd say, our industry.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian J. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Glow?**

Genuinely game changing tool that has transformed the way we manage and report on our WordPress sites. It's saved a tonne of time, kept everything we need in one place and has led to improved client retention and a significant boost in revenue. If you're a WordPress agency, you host/manage your clients' sites and DON'T have Glow yet, you're missing a trick.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

I can't think of anything that I don't like.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me oversight over all of the WordPress sites we host in one place, showing me all sorts of critical metrics like uptime, performance, backups, updates required, security issues and so on. That means I can login to one platform rather than to huge numbers of websites one by one. It's saved a vast amount of time in that sense. It's also saved time in that I can run all updates from Glow without logging into the site itself, I can search for sites that all need the same plugin updating, all of my backups are run from there and, perhaps most importantly, I can send out simple, intuitive and even automated reports to my clients showing them what we've done that month (including tickets/issues resolved, how long we spent on them, what we updated and so on). Thanks to the custom content feature we're also able to use those reports to upsell our clients from basic packages to more advanced packages which has a positive impact upon our revenue.

 ### 4. The system is really easy to use and navigate.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ella H. | Marketing Assistant/Apprentice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Glow?**

The system allows me to keep on top of tasks as well as monitor updates needed for our website maintenance. The customer support team are really helpful and very quick to respond to enquiries.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

I would love to see a bulk delete option for tickets.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glow is giving us a simple way to update and monitor our sites. The report system is brilliant for us as it allows us to provide out clients with clear, easy to understand information for their site. This is a real time saver!! We are still adapting to the ticketing system but once we get this going, it will be great for support and project management.

 ### 5. Effortless Website Maintenance and Monitoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wayne R. | Freelance website designer and developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Glow?**

I now use Glow daily, it is a cracking tool that makes website maintenance an absolute doddle. It takes seconds to implement and get going. I love how it simplifies keeping all my client websites updated, secure, and running smoothly. The dashboard is clean and intuitive, giving me everything I need at a glance. The reporting feature is great—it lets me send professional reports to my clients with minimal effort, which they will appreciate, and it makes me look proper organised. It works really well with WordPress, which is my bread and butter for website builds. I have had a couple of minor issues mostly to do with connections, but each snag has been very quickly resolved by the awesome customer support staff. While i dont have alot of websites on my books to manage atm, the process streamlining Glow has allowed, means that as my business grows regular tasks such as backups, plugin updates and monitoring no longer need to take up so much of my time, so that I can focus more on being creative.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

There's not much to grumble about, to be fair. If there was anything I would change I would probably expand the slack integrations to cover more than a single workspace. I use a Slack workspace for each individual website project, being able to integrate each website on Glow to each Slack Workspace for ease of raising tickets, being informed about downtime, and automatically adding reports would make things a bit easier for me, but that could be just how I work. Also possibly a bit more freedom for designing the reports, specifically the front and back covers, while they look good and match my colour schemes etc, I would like to mess around with layouts a bit more.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time managment for maintaining websites. For my pay monthly websites I allocate 2 hours a month for maintenance, backups, updates, basic SEO, design and content changes etc. regular use of Glow for a good chunk of these tasks means that I can spend more time working on SEO, Design and content changes or product updates.

 ### 6. Glow enables me to confidently manage multiple websites and provide an excellent client experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike C. | WordPress Support Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Glow?**

Glow is a simple, easy to use software tool that enables me to manage multiple WordPress websites and provide an excellent support service to my clients.

The interface is easy to use and navigate, updates to my clients websites are handled seamlessly and the overall usability of the application is easy. I log into Glow every day and it's now become an integral part of my daily processes. Implementing Glow on my clients websites is easy and doesn't adversely affect my clients site performance.

I'd recommend Glow to any WordPress maintenance business looking for an application that is easy to integrate and provides excellent customer support.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

There are no real downsides to Glow, but I would like to see an integration with task management tool like Trello or Clickup.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glow helps me manage multiple websites with ease and more importantly to manage tasks that my clients ask me to perform on their websites.

 ### 7. Moving to Glow from ManageWP

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julian Y. | Founder & Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Glow?**

Support tickets combined with wordpress maintenance capabilities.
Backups that actually restore properly (managewp just didn't work well for big sites)
Tracking support time per client per month
Assigning support team members to specific sites
Excellent reporting facilities
Saving us costs, two softwares in one and much better for it.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

There is not a lot to dislike. I would like an API. I would like to see ticket categorisation and some more customisability.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Combining wordpress maintenance and our support services in one product rather than two. As well as helping us deliver more value to clients based on reporting.
Also streamlines our internal processes.

 ### 8. Glow is a big part of helping us retain clients

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wayne W. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Glow?**

The 2 main reasons we signed up for Glow were for the uptime monitoring (to tell us when any of our clients' sites go down) and for the client reporting. All our WordPress updates are automated with our hosting company so Glow is perfect as it records all update activity, even if the activity takes place outside Glow.

Now when it comes round to client renewals, we're able to easily demonastrate the work we've been doing all year to look after the client's website. Glow's reports just pulls it all together for us.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

We had a few issues initially with the Uptime Monitor, causing usage spikes on our server. But Glow's support team have been great and really fast in dealing with any problems. Other than that, I can't think of anything I don't like about Glow.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The 2 main problems Glow has solved for us is around uptime monitoring and client reporting. Before Glow, we literally had no idea if a client's site was offline whereas now, we know instantly and our team can get things fixed. And Glow's client reports help us to showcase to clients all the work we've been doing to look after their website in the past year (we do client renewals yearly).

 ### 9. Well put together tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad J. | Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Glow?**

Phil at Glow has put together a good tool for WordPress maintenance and updates, it helps when you have a number of websites, the importance of maintenance and updates of your website is essential. This product has been a game-changer for us as it allows you to quickly oversee which websites require site updates and the webiste monitoring built in is amazing. I'd recommend this product to other agencies/businesses. The implementation & integration process is very simple & the customer support has been solid. I use this once a month to ensure WP websites are up to date for our clients.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

- The ability not to apply auto-updates to plugins if not set.
- You have to manually turn on uptime monitoring

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives a quick overview of the websites that are not up to date and shows up any vulenrabilities that need to be updated/patched.

 ### 10. 5-Star WP Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Glow?**

Glow saves me time managing Wordpress maintenance requests each month. Combining a robust support ticketing system and maintenance reporting into one clear dashboard has been a game-changer for us. Long gone are the days of managing requests via email.

All of our support requests are now stored in one place and any updates are conveniently recorded against the respective client for reference.

Glow has all the features you would expect a Wordpress maintenance tool to have. The time-tracking feature has been particularly useful for us. As has the ability to provide reports to our clients. This feature has had a positive impact on helping to retain our maintenance clients.

Glow was easy to set up and our clients' sites were quickly added to the platform. We had a small issue while setting up which was quickly addressed by customer support.

Another positive of Glow is that they regularly add new features that enhance our maintenance offering to our clients.

I would highly recommend Glow to anybody maintaining Wordpress websites.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

I haven't experienced any downsides using Glow. It has all been positive so far.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glow helps us to efficiently manage our Wordpress maintenance tasks and support requests in one place. Glow saves us hours in time each month.

 ### 11. Glow is a fantastic WordPress maintenance system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan A. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Glow?**

Glow simplifies managing multiple WordPress sites by bringing everything into one easy-to-use dashboard. It’s straightforward for both a management and client perspective. The built-in support ticketing is a great feature and saves valuable time and keeps support operations running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

Nothing I dislike about Glow in its current state however as a relatively new SaaS there are definitely cool and new features that could be implemented to further push capabilities! I have raised suggestions and the team have been extremely proactive.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glow has helped streamline the day-to-day management of my support clients and also reduce a monthly subscription for a support / ticketing system. With Glow, I can not only reduce time for web management but also bring support requests in one dashboard allowing both other team members and clients visually see open / closed tickets effeciently.

 ### 12. Brilliant software that has really helped me produce website reports.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georgia R. | Production Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Glow?**

Phil has been brilliant with customer service, and has responded to any issues I've had really fast and has been incredibly helpful in getting things looked at. He was also great with getting the implementation of all of our sites sorted.

I primarily use the platform to produce website maintenance reports for a number of clients monthly, bi-annually and annually, and Glow has made this process much simpler. It's very easy to use and incredibly user friendly. I have over 30 reports to produce, which used to be a manual process, but is now much simpler.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

To begin with, producing reports was quite glitchy, but after liaising with Phil, the issue seems to have disappeared! I would love to see some further customisation options. The only downside to the reports at the moment is the ability to add images as you can't do that currently within the reporting feature.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Producing website maintenance reports for clients in an automated way, rather than producing them all manually. It's saved a lot of time.

 ### 13. Great experience so far

**What do you like best about Glow?**

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

Some of the integrations are limited i.e. backup provider options - but not a huge deal to change over.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one place to manage all of our clients' websites.

 ### 14. An all in one service every agency needs

Nothing it is an all round really good service, something I would definitely recommend to everybody

The wide range of features that can be customised per site makes it very flexible. Phil has been superb when it comes to support, he's been available for anything we've needed.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

Honestly, nothing. We have not found anything that we'd need different on the platform in our experience so far.

A couple of bugs/issues (backups, ticket assignment) but support was very helpful and quick to sort.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being more efficiently is doing our web maintenance on our websites (40+ websites at the moment) which makes this service even more profitable to our agency and client get a better, improved service too.

 ### 23. Great platform, makes managing client websites a breeze

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 24. Fantastic platform that makes our life as an agency easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Glow?**

Support and management in one place. We were previously using different tools to manage support and manage website updates, having it all in one place makes it much easier

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

There are a few little quirks that need to be ironed out but the Founder, Phil is very responsive and has taken on board all of my feedback so far.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to offer excellent customer support and keep track of customer issues. This was previously tricky to do before Glow as there isn't a tool in the support market that is actually designed for WordPress businesses.

 ### 25. Exciting piece of kit that I don't know how we managed without.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Glow?**

The key thing for us is centralising many of our core services into one product.

Previously we had to use time tracking, support ticket and reporting software from multiple different companies and using various tools. This not only created disjointed and time consuming processes for our team but also was less streamlined for our clients; it also wasn't particularly cost effective.

Glow allows us to centralise this into one easy to use dashboard, both within our Agency and for our clients to access.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

There is nothing I actively dislike and I just want more of the same! The core foundation is very strong and feel over time the product offering will only increase.

Would love to see more expanded client dashboard functionality and even more customisation in the future however what it currrently provides is over and above alternatives we have explored (i.e. other website management solutions)

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple disjointed systems that we had in place previously led to increased overheads within our team and more room for error. Where previously we had to not only manage the systems ourselves, we had to track this, collate the information and record it, before updating our clients. This was time consuming and did not create a smooth process either for us or our clients.

Glow centralises all of this, meaning we can more easily keep track of the work we undertake for clients, manage their queries / issues / feature requests with ease (these can be tracked within Glow) and also provide them with regular reporting and their own dashboard to demonstrate the service being provided for them.

On top of how it benefits our business, our clients are kept informed, find it easier to reach out to us and can see that they are getting good value for their money.

 ### 26. Great product with fantastic support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Glow?**

Makes it so easy to see the status of the WordPress sites I manage, perform updates at the click of a button, monitor uptime and know they're all safe and secure. The client dashboard gives the client a great overview of all of the work you've done for them.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

Not much! There's been a few niggles getting started but the support has been amazing and the things I initially disliked have gone away thanks to them listening to feedback and making changes to the system to accomodate.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a tool that would both allow me to update plugins etc remotely, provide proof to clients of the work that I'd done as well as monitor uptime and security and glow gives me all of that in one easy to use dashboard.

The team are very helpful and always listening to customer feedback and evolving the tool to meet their clients needs.

 ### 27. Great platform for website maintenance clients!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kasey W. | Owner + Operator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Glow?**

I like how easy it is to navigate the Glow platform. I do not know much about website maintenance and this site makes it super easy for me to understand what is being maintained for each of our maintenance clients. It is super easy to pull a monthly report to share with our clients. The white labeling aspect is a game changer!

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

I can't think of anything I would say that I dislike about Glow.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glow is allowing us to provide website maintenance to clients and provide simple, yet attractive monthly reports to share with them.

 ### 28. Fantastic service and team!

**What do you like best about Glow?**

There are many apps that take care of WordPress maintenance, but where Glow stands out is the ticket desk and white labelling options which are superb.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

There is nothing to dislike about Glow :-)

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taking care of client WordPress websites along with support tickets from one app is a great time saver!

 ### 29. Glow that helps people to glow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanskriti G. | Cloud Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Glow?**

Glow is an all-in-one app that helps agencies and developers manage multiple WordPress websites.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

Set-up could be a little easier, and greater customisation of reports would be handy, but these are minor; the system is great. Plus, the Glow website has an extensive roadmap to see what's on the horizon.

**What do you like best about Glow?**

Glow has everything a WordPress development agency needs to efficiently manage and support their client's WordPress websites. The system saves a lot of time and automatically provides clients with reports, improving transparency and communication, so clients can see where their support budget is going.

The support system is excellent, as is the ability to update plugins and themes in mass and communicate these through reports to clients. And the new performance reporting feature is a brilliant addition.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

Set-up could be a little easier, and greater customisation of reports would be handy, but these are minor; the system is great. Plus, the Glow website has an extensive roadmap to see what's on the horizon.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glow is helping me prove my value to my clients whilst also saving me time.

 ### 31. Great product and excellent service/support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Glow?**

A great all in one tool for managing multiple WordPress sites. Lots of great features such as ticketing, bulk updates, uptime monitors, security suggestions, reporting and backups.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

Initial minor issues but Phil and the team have been great at resolving any issues.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Show the value of a maintenance package to clients and saves time by being able to manage multiple sites within a single dashboard.

 ### 32. Everything in one place!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason B. | Chief Experience Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Glow?**

Glow thought of everything that is needed to manage our client's sites...remote management to update WordPress core, themes, and plugins, but time tracking to show how much time any task takes (with the ability to add tasks that weren't timed manually), super easy backup management, uptime monitoring, performance scanning, and automated reporting.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

I don't even know if it would be possible, but I wish there was a way for Glow to warn us when an update could potentially conflict with something else (the php version, the WordPress core version, other plugins, etc).

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offering care plans is a great way to ensure that our clients' sites are kept up-to-date, and thus secure, but having to go into each one separately is not practical.

 ### 33. Most unique features we've found in a WP management app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jag P. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Glow?**

We’re complete converts to Glow, having used ManageWP for the last 5 years.

It saves me and my team hours of time each month in managing our clients’ WordPress sites and has all the features we need and that you’d expect from a WordPress management app.

On top of that, the support ticket system and time tracking features are huge bonuses that we’ve not found in any other tool during our research.

We know Glow is still at an early stage and is developing new features all the time and we’re very much looking forward to seeing how the product develops.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

There isn't much that I don't like about Glow. However, if I'm being as critical as possible I'd like to be able to have more customisation over the reports that we send to our clients. I can see this is on Glow's roadmap, so I'm confident they will make this feature even better in the future.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Above all it allows us to more efficiently manage our clients' sites than we've been able to previously. This saves us time and allows us to focus on higher fee-paying work.

 ### 34. Huge fan of Glow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy D. | Head of Client Services

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Glow?**

I think the ticket feature is a great way to more efficiently manage your clients.
Thw way you can email the system and integrate with the portal seamlessly is really unique.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

Compared to some of the more long standing solutions, Glow still has work to do to be more comprehensive.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main thing it's helping us to do, is to show clients the value of the work we're doing for them behind the scenes.

 ### 35. Excellent service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam B. | Web Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Glow?**

This is a great service for people who manage multiple WordPress websites. The company is a startup, still in the early stages, but I managed to speak directly with the Founder and he kindly allowed me to preview the beta version. I know he has big plans for the company and I very much admired his dedication to realising his ultimate goal of providing a genuinely useful service for developers and website managers.

There is no doubt that this will prove to be a valuable service run by customer focused people who care deeply about the user experience. The pricing looks very reasonable, too.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

I can’t think of anything at the moment.

**Recommendations to others considering Glow:**

**What do you like best about Glow?**

The team at Glow was very supportive and on hand when needed! Glow has so many unique features that are perfect for my ever-growing business.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

There were some minor issues initially, but Glow has been excellent at getting them fixed and evolving the software!

**Recommendations to others considering Glow:**

If you want to provide better customer support to your clients or you currently update clients' websites manually, then I would highly recommend you talk to Glow! They will save you so much time and provide an incredible service and product!

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glow has helped me quickly manage client website plugin updates under one roof, rather than having to access each website manually; this saves me so much time! I also found the ticket support system very useful for managing client technical issues.

 ### 37. Excellent tool for an agency managing multiple WordPress sites.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Glow?**

Aside from Glow being a perfect tool for managing multiple sites, I love that there are handy guides and business tips on hand for members. The support ticket system has to be my absolute favorite.

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

The connection to WordPress seems to fail for some of our clients, but the manual plugin upload route fixes it. It's not a major issue, but worth mentioning.

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team is more efficient, our clients have a clearer understanding of the work we do, and our reports clearly demonstrate the value in our service.

 ### 38. Brilliant tool if you're managing multiple WordPress sites.

**What do you like best about Glow?**

The white labelling facility is excellent

**What do you dislike about Glow?**

I'm looking forward to more integrations

**What problems is Glow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to send monthly reports that my clients don't know what to do with - not they can just visit their dashboard when they want the info
