"Glow is a fantastic WordPress maintenance system"
What do you like best about Glow?

Glow simplifies managing multiple WordPress sites by bringing everything into one easy-to-use dashboard. It’s straightforward for both a management and client perspective. The built-in support ticketing is a great feature and saves valuable time and keeps support operations running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

Nothing I dislike about Glow in its current state however as a relatively new SaaS there are definitely cool and new features that could be implemented to further push capabilities! I have raised suggestions and the team have been extremely proactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Moving to Glow from ManageWP"
What do you like best about Glow?

Support tickets combined with wordpress maintenance capabilities.

Backups that actually restore properly (managewp just didn't work well for big sites)

Tracking support time per client per month

Assigning support team members to specific sites

Excellent reporting facilities

Saving us costs, two softwares in one and much better for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glow?

There is not a lot to dislike. I would like an API. I would like to see ticket categorisation and some more customisability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
