**What do you like best about Flip?**

We primarily use the Flip app for communication with employees who do not have access to a PC at their workplace or are difficult to reach via email or similar channels.
Providing a smartphone app offers significant added value by greatly improving accessibility and the flow of information.

The app is highly intuitive, keeping the barrier to adoption as low as possible. Features such as communication in channels or through direct messages are well-designed and offer a wide range of possibilities.

The support is also outstanding: customer needs are clearly prioritized, and issues are resolved quickly and courteously.

**What do you dislike about Flip?**

Some features could still be further enhanced.
In particular, I see potential in the "Newscast" feature, which works exceptionally well for digital bulletin boards. 
Adding the ability to reply to comments, not just original posts, would be a valuable improvement.
To my knowledge, this enhancement is already in development.

**What problems is Flip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One key challenge that Flip addresses is integrating employees who do not have regular access to computers or email into internal communication. This is particularly important in areas where information is often hard to access or time-sensitive, and Flip provides a practical solution.

With Flip, we can ensure that important messages and updates reach employees directly on their smartphones. The app not only facilitates communication through channels and direct messages but also introduces  features such as digital bulletin boards and helps prevent the emergence of "shadow IT" by providing a secure, company-approved platform for communication. This eliminates the need for employees to rely on third-party messaging services like WhatsApp or other private apps, ensuring that communication remains compliant with data protection regulations and fully aligned with company policies.

For us, Flip significantly enhances internal communication: information is shared faster, collaboration is strengthened, and we can respond more flexibly to the needs of our team. Additionally, the app helps foster a stronger sense of community by actively involving all employees.

**What do you like best about Flip?**

Finally we are able to reach all of our staff with crucial information. Before, almonst half of our staff was left in the dark. Particularly the possibility to control which information reaches which group of employees is perfect.  The implementation of the app was flawless and I especially appreciated that a lot of material and examples for internal communication was provided. So we didn't have to create it from scratch. This applies to updates and upcoming features as well.  Customer Sucess Managers are always available to discuss our thoughts, give insights in other clients solutions  and respond very fast. We chose Flip over other competitors because of it's intuitive design, ease of use and integrated features. We are happy to be ablte to integrate further internal software into the app, so our employees find everything at the same place. A One-Stop-App! 
Our employees use the app or desktop version almost daily to update themselfes about everything. Also they are able to use a Chat within the app that finally meets our requirements of work-related data privacy.

**What do you dislike about Flip?**

To the downside:
As a rather small company the costs are always noteworthy. Since not all of our staff is onboarded and uses the app we would prefer a concurrent user licence.

Flip solves the problem on how to provide every employee, even the ones without a business computer, with crucial information.
It provides a chat for our employees that meets our requirements for data privacy.

Easy operation, fast communication, employees are well informed, good acceptance by employees, easy preliminary work possible through planning options, contributions can be easily changed, data protection-compliant exchange among each other.

**What do you dislike about Flip?**

Many have issues with notifications and need to regularly open the app actively, no preview of cover images is possible (except when planning), sometimes these are then cut off and need to be edited. No saving option for (multiple) posts, except when you plan them. Group assignment for newly created employees is cumbersome.

**What problems is Flip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast and comprehensive communication, employees are significantly better informed.

Easy to understand, clear, sufficient functions.

**What do you dislike about Flip?**

Android users are missing features, for example, you cannot download images or take photos from within the app. The problem has been known for months and will likely be fixed by an update towards the end of the year.

It is not possible to address 2 channels with one post. For example, you cannot address the "Stuttgart" group and the "Executives" group at the same time, but would have to create the posts separately.

**What do you like best about Flip?**

We have a particularly valuable communication tool in use with the My BSH App, especially for our direct employees. Innovative & intuitive, the app enables quick and direct communication with the (test) users, anytime and with individual access, whenever it suits. Easy installation, seamless onboarding, and excellent support from Flip have made the launch at the site practically child's play and have excited the users from the start. For this, a heartfelt THANK YOU! In the meantime, we have been using the app for a good two months and yes... without question, it's an added value for our employees that we no longer want to do without! Easy handling for both the editors and the users, and the perfect support from Flip for any questions or need for assistance, convince and excite us time and again. THANK YOU and keep it up!

**What do you like best about Flip?**

Flip adopts the common and well-known mechanisms and techniques of social media platforms. Therefore, no onboarding is necessary from the user's side. The app can be used directly and is a quick win for the company and the workforce. The administration of the app is also very intuitive and possible with just a little preparation. The collaboration with the Flip crew is also very positive and enjoyable. The app is adapted to the company in a moderated way. Inquiries are answered promptly and purposefully. Ultimately, the usefulness and acceptance of such an app stand and fall with the content. The benefit of a pure "chat platform" is not sufficient and is not the goal of the app.

**What do you dislike about Flip?**

I am not aware of any. In our use case, the ability to assign a title field to the personal data records would be helpful. Even though it was explained to us that there should be "no" hierarchies in Flip.

**What problems is Flip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company operates a shift system, coupled with the fact that not every employee has their own PC workstation. FLIP currently primarily supports the dissemination of information to employees. The private smartphone is always accessible, even outside of working hours or the workplace. Additionally, we want to go digital in all matters and reduce paper as much as possible. Here too, Flip can assist with, for example, virtual bulletin boards or team channels.

The operation is completely intuitive and user-friendly - internal communication in our company is made very straightforward by Flip and is very well received. The app is continuously evolving and the interaction with Customer Support and Customer Success Management works flawlessly - everything is great!

**What do you dislike about Flip?**

In my role as an admin, I would find it helpful if, for example, the creation/design of pages could only be represented through the Admin Console - so that all admin activities take place in one tool. Additionally, the statistics could be worked out a bit more "finely," such as the post analytics, to get a better picture of the relevant content and user behavior.

Flip enables quick and uncomplicated employee communication. Important topics can be quickly/spontaneously brought into the organization, and by accessing through private smartphones, the information also reaches everyone - absolutely contemporary and helpful!

The Flip App is extermely easy to habdle. Even without computer knowledge people are able to share news and connect with others within 10 minutes of use. 
And many test users constantly use the Flip App (we are a couple of weeks before going live).

I personally would like a bit more flexibility in customizing the App to our company style and needs.

Before Flip there wass no seamless, instant digital communication with colleagues on the shop floor, service engineers in the field and the administrative departments. Moreover the App is a tool to laterally connect employees from different business units and locations.

Flip is constantly evolving and continuously incorporating new ideas and requirements. This offers us as customers the opportunity to always be up-to-date and to continuously develop as an organization.

It would be cool if you could directly download your own app to make administration even easier for the users.

In particular, with Flip, we reach employees faster than on other channels and can thus inform them quickly. Especially in the case of technical problems or emergencies, we have the opportunity to react quickly. You can do a lot with the app. Create groups with different permissions, share posts in groups. Chats, group chats, survey forms, order forms, etc., and it is still very clear and easy to use.

In user registration, you cannot directly assign groups. You have to go into each group individually.

Spread information within the company. Chat at a secure level. Intranet solution. Paperless participant registration for company events, etc.

If I had to mention one best thing it'd be sharing of information made easiest with Flip. Helps in easy sharing of information amongst employers and workers. Videos and text based imformation makes it more likely to be user-easygoing. Also have access to pre loaded videos topics for discussion. Secured platform and available on mobile and company computers too makes everything real time, highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike for now. Overall enjoying this so much. It's just sometimes (not experienced much) when many employees try to access same info there can be lag. But otherwise no concerns

Makes work more simpler and productive with easy exchange of info amongst the teams in real time. The team overall is more productive and has helped improve our business performance

The operation of the app is very simple and intuitive. Flip is continuously being developed further, taking into account the wishes and requirements of the customers. The support is always friendly and competent.

**What do you dislike about Flip?**

It would be great to have the function that an email address must be stored in the profile, through which the password can be reset. So far, the email address is only an option, which leads to additional effort for the administrator.

Flip makes it easy to share information between staff. You can share video as well as text. Preloaded videos are supported to faciliate interactions. It is available on both mobile and desktop.Flip supports multiple languages.

I would like to see and improvement in the aesthetics of Flip. Other than that, i love it.
