What do you like best about Flip?

We primarily use the Flip app for communication with employees who do not have access to a PC at their workplace or are difficult to reach via email or similar channels.

Providing a smartphone app offers significant added value by greatly improving accessibility and the flow of information.

The app is highly intuitive, keeping the barrier to adoption as low as possible. Features such as communication in channels or through direct messages are well-designed and offer a wide range of possibilities.

The support is also outstanding: customer needs are clearly prioritized, and issues are resolved quickly and courteously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flip?

Some features could still be further enhanced.

In particular, I see potential in the "Newscast" feature, which works exceptionally well for digital bulletin boards.

Adding the ability to reply to comments, not just original posts, would be a valuable improvement.

What do you like best about Flip?

Finally we are able to reach all of our staff with crucial information. Before, almonst half of our staff was left in the dark. Particularly the possibility to control which information reaches which group of employees is perfect. The implementation of the app was flawless and I especially appreciated that a lot of material and examples for internal communication was provided. So we didn't have to create it from scratch. This applies to updates and upcoming features as well. Customer Sucess Managers are always available to discuss our thoughts, give insights in other clients solutions and respond very fast. We chose Flip over other competitors because of it's intuitive design, ease of use and integrated features. We are happy to be ablte to integrate further internal software into the app, so our employees find everything at the same place. A One-Stop-App!

Our employees use the app or desktop version almost daily to update themselfes about everything. Also they are able to use a Chat within the app that finally meets our requirements of work-related data privacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flip?

To the downside:

As a rather small company the costs are always noteworthy. Since not all of our staff is onboarded and uses the app we would prefer a concurrent user licence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flip?

Easy operation, fast communication, employees are well informed, good acceptance by employees, easy preliminary work possible through planning options, contributions can be easily changed, data protection-compliant exchange among each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flip?

Many have issues with notifications and need to regularly open the app actively, no preview of cover images is possible (except when planning), sometimes these are then cut off and need to be edited. What do you like best about Flip?

What do you dislike about Flip?

Android users are missing features, for example, you cannot download images or take photos from within the app. The problem has been known for months and will likely be fixed by an update towards the end of the year.

It is not possible to address 2 channels with one post. For example, you cannot address the "Stuttgart" group and the "Executives" group at the same time, but would have to create the posts separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flip?

We have a particularly valuable communication tool in use with the My BSH App, especially for our direct employees. Innovative & intuitive, the app enables quick and direct communication with the (test) users, anytime and with individual access, whenever it suits. Easy installation, seamless onboarding, and excellent support from Flip have made the launch at the site practically child's play and have excited the users from the start. For this, a heartfelt THANK YOU! In the meantime, we have been using the app for a good two months and yes... without question, it's an added value for our employees that we no longer want to do without! Easy handling for both the editors and the users, and the perfect support from Flip for any questions or need for assistance, convince and excite us time and again. THANK YOU and keep it up! What do you like best about Flip?

Flip adopts the common and well-known mechanisms and techniques of social media platforms. Therefore, no onboarding is necessary from the user's side. The app can be used directly and is a quick win for the company and the workforce. The administration of the app is also very intuitive and possible with just a little preparation. The collaboration with the Flip crew is also very positive and enjoyable. The app is adapted to the company in a moderated way. Inquiries are answered promptly and purposefully. Ultimately, the usefulness and acceptance of such an app stand and fall with the content. What do you dislike about Flip?

I am not aware of any. In our use case, the ability to assign a title field to the personal data records would be helpful. Even though it was explained to us that there should be "no" hierarchies in Flip. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flip?

The operation is completely intuitive and user-friendly - internal communication in our company is made very straightforward by Flip and is very well received. In my role as an admin, I would find it helpful if, for example, the creation/design of pages could only be represented through the Admin Console - so that all admin activities take place in one tool. Additionally, the statistics could be worked out a bit more "finely," such as the post analytics, to get a better picture of the relevant content and user behavior. What do you like best about Flip?

The Flip App is extermely easy to habdle. Even without computer knowledge people are able to share news and connect with others within 10 minutes of use.
