We primarily use the Flip app for communication with employees who do not have access to a PC at their workplace or are difficult to reach via email or similar channels.
Providing a smartphone app offers significant added value by greatly improving accessibility and the flow of information.
The app is highly intuitive, keeping the barrier to adoption as low as possible. Features such as communication in channels or through direct messages are well-designed and offer a wide range of possibilities.
The support is also outstanding: customer needs are clearly prioritized, and issues are resolved quickly and courteously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some features could still be further enhanced.
In particular, I see potential in the "Newscast" feature, which works exceptionally well for digital bulletin boards.
Adding the ability to reply to comments, not just original posts, would be a valuable improvement.
